The Project Management role is in charge of leading, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. Assists in developing project budgets and negotiates contracts/bids to acquire necessary resources to ensure project completion.
Requirements
- Tracks and controls project costs and schedules with Project Managers (PMs): Reviews project performance regularly, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain budget and schedule integrity. Ensures financial tracking tools and forecasting models are consistently utilized and updated.
- Screens, selects, and coordinates subcontractors and suppliers: Manages vendor relationships from bid through closeout, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, performance standards, and delivery expectations. Participates in contract negotiations and enforces accountability for quality and timeliness.
- Obtains necessary permits required for construction: Manages the end-to-end permitting process, including identifying required permits, preparing and submitting documentation, and coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction. Tracks approvals to avoid delays and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements across project locations.
- Manages internal resources to deliver project requirements: Allocates and oversees internal team efforts across engineering, procurement, and project management to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and client expectations are met. Proactively identifies resource constraints and adjusts priorities to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Leads both internal and external communication to ensure projects are successful: Serves as the central point of contact for all project communications, ensuring alignment across internal departments, clients, and vendors. Facilitates effective meetings, drives resolution of open items, and maintains clear, timely, and professional correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generates weekly progress reports and provides updates to management and clients: Produces professional and data-driven reports that highlight key metrics, achievements, risks, and upcoming priorities. Ensures transparency and reliability of project communication across audiences.
- The candidate for this job must possess a four-year college degree; or 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous construction project management experience.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and dead-line oriented.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Preconstruction/estimating experience is a plus.

This person is responsible for delivering datacenter campus sites to a condition ready for permanent works to support construction of Data Centers. The Early Works Construction Program oversees the planning, compliance, and progress of the Early Works for onsite delivery of projects with a wide variety of unique requirements favoring civil specialties including site earthworks, building demolition, environmental remediation, grading and vegetation removal, and substation pad construction.
work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that: 1) construction details and permit requirements are confirmed, 2) contiguous trades are coordinated, 3) materials are reviewed, approved, fabricated, and delivered to the site, 4) overall schedule is maintained, and 5) safe worksite practices are observed and adhered to at all times. This role requires regular engagement with key stakeholders, including Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants and contractors.
Roles and Responsibilities - The Early Works Construction Project Manager is part of the Land Development Construction team and works onsite monitoring and refining the long range and short-term plans to drive project delivery. He or she will be responsible for directing the day-to-day activities in the field, manage and coordinate the flow of communication, control costs, manage and control the schedule, implement and monitor the safety programs, and verify that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents.

Site Manager 3095 McBride Ct, Hamilton, OH 45011, USA Req #4750 Friday, June 27, 2025 Job Summary The Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of production operations within the assigned medium sized or moderately complex facilities. This includes but not limited to the execution of Plant operations at multiple locations while maintaining a cost-efficient process. Provide effective project management and supervision and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) maintaining operational goals and strategy. Develop and execute a staffing plan that meets operational objectives and maintain the approved plan according to Hillman Policy and Procedures. Constantly drive continuous improvement putting Quality and Safety first. Work closely with all team member providing a positive working atmosphere. Essential Job Functions* Develops systems and drives continuous improvement by developing world class systems and measurements to drive supply chain and manufacturing efficiencies and productivity; implementing systems such as Visual Factory and Lean methodologies; supporting Statistical Control Systems to drive Quality; and ensuring Production team is meeting/exceeding customer’s expectations. Develops strategy, budgets and facility objectives and drive team to meet or exceed by working with the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategy that supports team’s Vision; developing / reviewing annual budget to support production demands; developing objectives for all functions of production team necessary to support the achievement of Operation’s objectives; directing and supporting reports to ensure achievement of individual and function objectives. Ensures production teams are maintained and managed consistently with company policy and applicable regulations by working in conjunction with corporate safety function to ensure a safe work environment Promote and role model “safety first”; and ensuring the Production team complies with corporate policy and applicable regulations. Maintains positive employee relations throughout the Production team by providing clear direction and communicate effectively with all levels of team members; creating and maintaining a positive, collaborative and team-oriented culture; driving ownership and accountability; supporting ongoing development of supervisor staff to ensure high level effectiveness and long-term continuity; and serving as advisor to Director of Operations and member of the Industrial Solutions Management team. * This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Education & Experiencee Bachelor’s degree in business operations management or another related discipline is preferred Master’s Degree in related discipline a plus 3-5 years’ experience in Plant/Site management Excellent knowledge of progressive manufacturing principles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines Skilled situational leader with a demonstrated ability to establish and sustain excellent professional relationships Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of team members Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Problem Solving - Identifies and analyzes problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; evaluates and generates alternative solutions; makes recommendations.
