• Ensure documents in regards to discipline for apprentices gets completely filled out and submitted to HR and PWA team for DOL purposes
• Issue PWA non-compliance notices following alerts from PWA (Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship) team
• Full responsibility of PWA compliance execution through partnering with PWA (Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship) team
• Ensure the CMIII keeps the Apprentice/Journeyman pairings updated and sent to Apprenticeship team weekly
• Submit PWA deliverables to the Owner
• Disperse and delegate all PWA questions to the appropriate subject matter experts while ensuring all questions get answered timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of construction Industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
• Experience in project management on utility scale renewables projects such as Solar, BESS or wind preferred, experience in project management on EPC or other large scale construction projects such as experience working for a heavy general contractor will be considered

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Coordinate engineering studies
• Coordinate change order requests
• Coordinate situations with engineers

• Submittals and requests for information
• Work with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stages

• Oversee and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans are executed efficiently.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are accurately forecasted and tracked.
• Utilize job costing techniques to monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, including the resolution of any issues that arise.
• Manage all project documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), MS Project Schedules, and other project-related documents.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare construction industry.
• Proven experience with TI, ground-up construction, healthcare renovation, and healthcare addition projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Proficiency in job costing techniques and financial management.
• Experience in managing RFIs, MS Project Schedules, and other project-related documents.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

Manage all areas of project management for healthcare construction projects in active hospital and clinics. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
