Specific Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements

Supervise restoration employees including training, and performance management

Communicate with customers throughout restoration process

Inspect the job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow International standards

Work with management to develop a business plan to generate prospective customers to meet the projected sales goals

Inspect, estimate, and manage multiple repair projects after incidents involving water, fire, or other types of damage

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare Construction. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various healthcare construction projects. From ground-up construction, tenant improvements (TI), renovations, additions, and more, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans are executed efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are accurately forecasted and tracked.
  • Utilize job costing techniques to monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports, including the resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Manage all project documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), MS Project Schedules, and other project-related documents.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Effectively communicate project updates to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare construction industry.
  • Proven experience with TI, ground-up construction, healthcare renovation, and healthcare addition projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Proficiency in job costing techniques and financial management.
  • Experience in managing RFIs, MS Project Schedules, and other project-related documents.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
