**The Main Responsibilities**
The Content Strategy intern plays a vital role in how Lumen does business with their customers. As part of a broader sales support organization, the intern will gain experience creating, reviewing and curating a repository of content used by sellers to build sales proposals and RFP responses. They will have the opportunity to create strategic content, analyze data to influence the team's roadmap, and build relationships across Lumen.
Main Responsibilities:
+ **Sales Proposal Content Creation & Curation:** Identify, curate, and/or create content for RFP responses as requested by sales teams. Review content library for expiring content; schedule content audits as needed. Edit and upload new content from RFPs as identified by SMEs and proposal managers.
+ **Reporting:** Develop and analyze an annual proposal content library user survey. Create reports to identify most-used content and user activity in proposal content database. Create and distribute monthly communications.
