POSITION TITLE: Marketing & Content Intern (Part-Time)
COMPENSATION: $22/hr DOE
WORK HOURS: 10 hours per week
REPORTS TO: Wellness Marketing Lead
Sacred Society is a contemporary wellness café and sensory-based sanctuary in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. We offer holistic services like red light therapy, sound experiences, and immersive classes, alongside a curated café and retail space. Our events and community gatherings are designed to spark joy, regulate the nervous system, and deepen connection.
This is an entry-level position focused on supporting our marketing team in two major areas: social media content and on-site event support. You'll be helping us show up consistently and creatively online and in person. Some days you'll be out capturing phone content, other days you'll be editing reels or helping with grassroots promotion. No two weeks look quite the same.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative, ever-evolving role. We're not looking for perfection, we're looking for presence, creativity, and a positive attitude. You'll need to be organized, self-motivated, and excited to try new things.
Your Core Responsibilities
• Capture phone content regularly across all locations and activations
• Edit and post reels, stories, and carousel content using apps like Premier Pro, Edits, CapCut, photoshop, or Canva
• Assist in implementing Monthly content calendars for Linkedin, Instagram, and TikTok
• Support with behind-the-scenes setup, content, and coordination at events
• Participate in street team efforts, including flyer drops and community engagement
• Be available to attend and help document brand shoots
• Jump in on evolving brand campaigns and marketing initiatives as needed
• Assist with email campaigns, community outreach, and basic asset creation
• This role supports both Sacred Society and Sacred Society Music Group (SSMG) initiatives
What We're Looking For
• You have an eye for content and feel confident capturing social-ready videos and photos with your phone
• You know how to edit in a way that feels on-trend but still aligned with a clear brand aesthetic
• You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable shifting gears quickly when priorities change
• You have a great attitude, you're humble, curious, team-oriented, and open to feedback
• You love working in environments that move fast and value creativity
• You're passionate about wellness, community, and creating beautiful things that make people feel something
Bonus if You Also Have.
• Experience running a social account (personal or brand)
• Comfort with basic design platforms like Canva
• Interest in photography, copywriting, or grassroots marketing
• Availability on weekends or event days (flexibility is key!)
Perks of Joining Us
• Discounts on drinks and wellness services
• Paid sick leave (in compliance with Colorado law)
• Real-world marketing and content experience in a fast-growing brand
• A team that is kind, creative, and committed to building something meaningful
Apply If.
You're ready to get hands-on, learn a lot, and help grow something special. We're not just hiring a helper-we're bringing on a teammate who sees this as a step toward their future. If that's you, we'd love to meet you.
Performance Reviews & Trial Period
This role begins with a 60-day trial period designed to ensure alignment in pace, expectations, and contribution. During this time, we'll assess fit, support your learning curve, and offer feedback to help you grow in the role.
Ongoing, this position will be reviewed monthly across five key focus areas: Attitude & Energy, Organization & Efficiency, Creativity, Communication & Collaboration, and Learning. These check-ins ensure clarity, continued development, and shared accountability. We're looking for someone who thrives in feedback-forward environments and is excited to evolve with us.
