Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Content Strategy to lead content planning and oversee digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping client strategies and ensuring contractors (writers, designers, editors) deliver effective, high-quality work. You will work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction, and may need to work directly with clients during strategy sessions, especially in the early stages before dedicated account/project managers are in place.
This is a contract position, compensated per project, with opportunities for repeat work and expansion as Novum Media grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client content strategies across web, email, ads, and social.
- Collaborate with sales to understand client objectives and translate them into actionable content plans.
- Partner with project management to coordinate deliverables and timelines.
