**Minimum Qualifications:**
· Bachelors + 7 years of related experience OR Masters + 4 years of related experience OR PhD + 1 year of related experience.
· 7+ years of software development experience in python
· 5+ years experience with modern development practices, including but not limited to: version control (Git), code review processes, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing
· 5+ years of managing pipelines within a Linux environment
· 3+ years experience working with Terraform and Ansible to support building and maintaining CI/CD Pipeline.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Expertise in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications
· Hands-on experience with Harness CD is highly desirable

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Base Salary Range
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
