As a Senior Imagery Analyst, you will support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) with Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) analysis and production. Your work will focus on providing imagery science expertise in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Thermal Infrared, Spectral, Geospatial, OPIR, Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Photogrammetry, and Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR). Responsibilities

Position Description:
CGI has a need for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced, environment serving a critical government mission.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs based on the program scope.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
• Determine client requirements and transform them into system specifications, translating requirements into technical language for developers, and identifying opportunities for improving business processes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops to gather business and functional requirements, create and review test plans and scenarios, and prepare and conduct reviews and training sessions.
• Document process flows, analyze and re-engineer processes, understanding technical problems and solutions in relation to the current and future business environment.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
• Integrate new processes with existing ones and communicate these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
• Provide technical guidance to a cross-functional, Scaled Agile (SAFe) team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex technical issues or business strategy.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to conduct data and systems analysis on data pipeline applications and processes.
• Experience in SAFe development methodologies.
• Experience supporting development of complex systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Expertise in planning and conducting facilitative sessions for requirements gathering.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) products such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Industry knowledge in sectors such as Government and Aviation preferred

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $50,800.00 - $119,200.00.

Duties:
- Collect and analyze customer demand, preferences, and buying behavior data to identify potential markets and key factors influencing product demand.
- Engage with key stakeholders to discuss marketing strategies and ROI, providing monthly reports to track progress and address challenges.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and MySQL to visualize data, generate HubSpot reports, and present actionable insights.
