Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Benefits, the Benefits Analyst is responsible for assisting with the administration of the Company's comprehensive benefit programs across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Provide benefits-related customer service support to the company's employees with primary focus on U.S. employees
• Responds to benefits inquiries from HR, managers, and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries
• Daily, weekly, monthly audit tasks related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, and deductions
• Support communication efforts to help employees better understand their benefits

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years benefits experience
• Experience working in HRIS and vendor portals; Businessolver experience is a plus
• High-level proficiency with Excel (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendors
• Understanding of regulatory benefits compliance requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Keeps current on evolving and emerging technologies that may involve multi-disciplined intelligence and/or evoke new threats and interfaces with other organizations to maintain situational awareness, stay ahead of future threats and leverage best practices.
• Applies expert knowledge of the nexus between Cyber Counter-Intelligence and other Intelligence operations (i.e., How/ Where/ When Cyber Counter-Intelligence fits in, etc.).
• Analyzes and synthesizes information with other relevant data sources to develop a common operational picture of criminal and foreign threats to information infrastructure.

• Responsible for performing triage on all security escalations and detections to determine scope, severity, and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then 4 additional years of related experience is required.
• A minimum of 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Must possess knowledge of how to integrate AI/ML into a SECOPS environment.
• Demonstrated solid understanding of cyber security analysis, incident response, incident handling, and incident response team.

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Land Analyst to join our Raleigh Division. This position would assist the Land Acquisition Manager and Division President in conducting research and providing analysis for potential new communities.

• Utilize Zonda software, MLS, Geographic Information System (GIS) based platforms, and local government online resources to conduct market research and analysis.

• Manage and maintain prospective land tracking logs, land search maps, and competitive transactions in surrounding areas.

• Participate in the evaluation of sub-markets and the identification and evaluation of potential candidate sites for acquisitions.

• Prepare market research-related information on new land transactions for approval by corporate Land Committee.

1. Manages all accounts in bankruptcy and in post-bankruptcy resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, consumer and commercial Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. Serve as point of escalation when necessary.
