What You Will Do:

The Bill of Material (BOM) Analyst has the primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the item master and BOM's based on product specification provided by Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. The associates will also be responsible for providing bill of material support to the US domestic bedding locations.
  • Active participant on the AX BOM Solutions team.
  • Assist with the implementation of Bill of Materials data into the ERP system.
  • Develop the BOMs for Shared Service Center used for determining the master template for plant specific BOM's.
  • Update all current product structures upon approval and distribute to assigned locations.
  • Make changes to the BOM as required by business needs, liaison with Spec group in Engineering on variances and changes.
  • Analyze BOM's information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Become fully competent in setting up items and maintaining items in AX.
  • Engage in monitoring and enhancing processes and internal controls.
  • Maintain a complete system for financial reporting which provides consistent, reliable, and timely information to management for decision-making and which is flexible and dynamic enough to evolve with changing business needs. Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments on business objectives to achieve "one version of the truth."
    • Monitors adherence to corporate policy and processes.
    • Takes the initiative in identifying and acting upon opportunities to drive more effective and/or efficient uses of resources.
    • Establishes an expertise in standard and custom software packages including data, data uses and interpretation of data for BOMs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent business experience acquiring core competencies in manufacturing / cost accounting / bill of materials systems required
  • 1-2 years' manufacturing work experience required
  • Shared Service experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency in ERP systems preferred, Microsoft AX Dynamics is preferred
  • Exceptionally proficient in identifying and solving problems while thinking outside the box; hands-on but capable of interacting with all levels of management and employees

Summary

The Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Application Analyst is responsible for the timely set up of all aspects of clinical testing to support new and existing clinical trial studies. They will participate in all discussions and decisions, internal and external, related to study initiation and support. They will aid co-workers with complex problem research, troubleshooting, and resolution related to clinical testing to provide best-in-class support to our internal and external clients. They will administer daily operational support, assist with the planning and implementation of software enhancements.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the integrity and security of all data within the xREACH LIMS.
  • Collaborating with clinical laboratories in the design, build, and validation of all testing components.
  • Responsible for verification testing and validation documentation for clinical tests and panel builds.
  • Responsible for accuracy and following procedure in the clinical trial database set up to ensure consistency and quality of data.
  • Reviews and analyzes data flow between internal application and debugging to support clinical trials tests.
  • Assist in debugging Health Level 7 (HL7) and other interface messages as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal Integration Team to validate, monitor, and troubleshoot electronic interfaces and imports from Partner Laboratories.
  • Provides technical support to project team members; handles complex application features and technical designs.
  • Implements solutions and/or redefine workflows to maximize the functionality of systems.
  • Identifies and improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by assisting in the xREACH LIMS development, implementation, and maintenance for clinical trials tests.
  • Support billing functions in collaboration with the Project Manager and Finance Department.
  • Create/Update SOP's and policies for laboratory computer and LIMS applications.
  • Keeping validation documentation up to date for the LIMS
  • Develop and maintain proper procedure manuals for the department.
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Providing LIMS training to new and current employees as needed.
  • Participates in regular meetings with LIS personnel to exchange progress reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed related to the IT and LIS mission.
Education and Qualifications:

Four-year college or university program certificate, three to four years related laboratory information system experience, or experience in the clinical laboratory and/or clinical trial industry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Experience in FDA 21CFR11/GCP.

Job Description

As part of the Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention organization, this role executes the fraud analytics and strategies supporting Citi’s credit card and retail bank businesses. This includes leveraging data to identify fraud trends, designing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities across the fraud lifecycle, including application and synthetic ID fraud, account takeover and sophisticated new fraudulent schemes.

This role partners closely with Fraud Policy, Operations, Model Governance and various partners to keep apprised of business and technology direction in order to determine potential and existing fraud impacts.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and advanced analytics to derive patterns, trends and insights, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis.
  • Ownership and management of fraud rules, scores, and detection strategies, Risk appetite execution, POS interdiction strategies and defect analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategy recommendations based on data and trend analysis. Obtain alignment and then implement mitigation strategies.
  • Build effective relationships within and outside the Fraud organization to help ensure successful and timely execution of key portfolio priorities.
  • Leverage knowledge of information acquired to identify potential process gaps and opportunities for improving effectiveness of controls and governance processes.
  • Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting to enable effective monitoring and identification of emerging trends. Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
  • Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in statistics, mathematics, physics, economics, or other analytical or quantitative discipline.
  • Experience working with:
  • Big Data environment with hands on coding experience within various traditional (SAS, SQL, etc.) and/or open source (i.e. Python, Impala, Hive, etc.) tools.
  • Traditional and advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Random Forests, etc.
  • Data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Excellent quantitative and analytic skills; ability to derive patterns, trends and insights, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to connect analytics to business impacts; comfortable presenting to peers and management.
  • Extremely detail-oriented; intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to multi-task and work against tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with baseline instructions/guidelines from management
  • Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive

The Business Analytics Lead Analyst will support the North America Fraud Prevention function covering the Retail Bank line of business. This position will work closely with internal business partners and technologists to create the solutions needed to mitigate and prevent fraud.

Because this is a “rapid response team”, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment in which creativity and commonsense result in great solutions. This person must be a self-motivated, highly driven, quick, and proactive thinker who has the passion needed to respectfully challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage as technology and data SME during interactions with key partners in Fraud Prevention to develop requirements for new reporting, dashboards, and tools.
  • Develop code to extract data from various technology platforms to support Retail Bank portfolios.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to highlight impact of fraud trends on business performance and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize in-depth Retail Bank business knowledge to provide proactive support to our partners (unsolicited reporting and tools).
  • Support key partners through data warehousing of business analytic views, data transmissions, data integrations, and process automation.
  • Provide support for proofs of concept with new vendor tools that combat fraud applications and account takeover.
  • Develop standards that ensure quality of execution and accuracy of business reporting.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests for data analysis on data sources where documentation is minimal to non-existent.
  • Utilize leadership skills.
  • Utilize stakeholder and people management experience.
  • Manage multiple ad-hoc requests and small projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing in SAS, required.
  • Knowledge of advanced SQL and/or SAS coding techniques, required.
  • 5+ years working with extremely large data sources from multiple platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata, required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hive/Hue, Python, or other Big Data tools, preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on knowledge of distributed platforms like Linux or Unix, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop and mainframe platforms, preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), preferred.
  • Hands on data visualization experience in Tableau or Power BI, preferred.
  • Experience in reporting and ad hoc data support, preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.
  • Hands-on experience in data manipulation, data transformation, and code optimization, required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to achieve superior results, required.
  • Hands on business analysis experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping, preferred.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset to tackle incomplete, ambiguous, or erroneous data and ability to close data gaps.
  • Ability to understand story behind data and summarize results adjusted by audience, required.
  • Ability to independently challenge status-quo, identify opportunities, investigate issues, and propose recommendations, required.
