As an integral member of the accounting and finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst position is responsible for various loan, deposit, and other reporting to Senior Management. This individual must have loan accounting experience and must have a strong working knowledge of Excel to provide analytics on these portfolios.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare various Bank Loan and Deposit Reports, including Deposit Change, Deposit Trend and Deposit Ranking Reports, for Senior Management.
- Manage and prepare the Banks quarterly incentive reports for management.
- Develop, enhance, and automate the Banks incentive reporting processes from excel-based reports to advanced data visualization tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, or similar platforms to improve data accessibility.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management through written reports and presentations.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Salary Range: $122,100.00 - $183,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in security
- Extensive experience with EDR technology/platforms (Ex: Crowdstrike, Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender, etc.)
- Professional experience with JAMF Apple Device Management, Intune and Palo Alto Cortex
- Experience with IAM (Identity Access Management) and related tools and technology
- Experience working with Tenable Nessus and other networking tools
- Experience working with WIZ (Cloud Vulnerability Management tool)
- One or more of the following certifications:
CompTIA Security+
GIAC Information Security Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security
CISSP, SSCP, or CCSP (ISC)2
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to understand and utilize queries to extract specific data
- Experience working with Tenable Nessus and other networking tools
- Familiarity with Splunk

Responsibilities:
- Provide elevated support for inquiries through inbound/outbound telephone calls, e-mail from corporate clients, consumers, retailers, financial institutions, health partners and business partners.
- Troubleshoot store-based terminal issues, diagnose connectivity issues, troubleshoot point-of-sale-activation issues, and assist merchants when they have issues with their POS terminals, account updates, card orders, invoicing.
- Document activities in the call management and ticketing system as required.
- Understand, utilize, and adhere to the Financial Services industry protocols.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership team.
