The AML Analysts within the review system-generated and manual cases for activity conducted by clients. The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing a caseload of investigations, performing analysis and follow-up, and working cases from beginning to completion according to AML procedures and policies. Cases are generated from sources which include Automated Alerts (EAP, Mantas), and Manual referrals.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Document and report case review/investigation findings and prepare case files for review (e.g. media search results, copies of statements/checks, results from internal system searches, etc.)
  2. Conduct research over available Bank systems, the Internet, and Databases consistent with the resolution of investigations.
  3. Collect and examine financial statements/transaction data and other documents to assist in identifying unusual transaction patterns.
  4. Follow-up with additional Point(s) of Contact (POC) as needed to identify additional information in support of the case.
  5. Document all research and analysis conducted in the Case Management System.
  6. Create Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs); recommend relationship retention or termination; and track account closures as required.
  7. Liaise with other CRIU units, ACRM, the Business, CSIS, CRIU Legal, GIU, Trade Surveillance, and Law Enforcement, where applicable.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent experience.
  2. 1-5 years' experience in reviewing customer transactions and information for potentially suspicious activity and performing AML or financial investigations.
  3. Experience in writing and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements preferred.
  4. CAMS Certification is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of the laws applicable to money laundering, terrorist financing, and other applicable financial/securities related crimes (e.g., insider trading, market manipulation), including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), The USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC, SEC, Client, FRB, FinCEN requirements, and SAR requirements.
  6. General understanding of Senior Public Figures, Money Service Businesses, Wealth Management, and Retail Banking preferred as well as compliance with those business segments.
  7. Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  8. Excellent research skills including experience with online search tools.
  9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Outlook).
  10. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and complete projects on time.
  11. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  12. Should be a self-starter, organized, and must have the ability to work independently, without supervision.

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $04,000.00- 126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is 80,800.00 - 150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors is looking for a GIS Analyst to join our team. We are a 180+ person civil engineering and surveying consulting firm with over 10 locations primarily located in western Pennsylvania. LSSE’s projects support public infrastructure and community development. Our clients include local boroughs and townships, water and sewer authorities, industrial and residential land developers, and utility companies.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree (GIS)
  • 1+ year relevant experience
  • Experience using ESRI ArcView software: ArcMap, ArcToolbox, and ArcCatalog, ArcGISPro, ArcGIS Online and associated applications; including geoprocessing, cartography, spatial/data analysis, and map topology functions; familiar with relational databases in Microsoft Access and ArcView.

The following experience is :

  • Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS version 10.x products, including Basic, Standard, and Advanced
  • Knowledge of geodatabase creation and data management in ArcCatalog
  • Develop and automate processes through model builder and Python scripts
  • Knowledge of ArcGISPro 2.x and integration with ArcGIS Online
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS Online platform as well as Survey 123
  • Ability to extract data for analysis and interpretation, including international business data
  • Experience managing and completing post processing of GPS data
  • Familiarity with the concepts and software of Asset Management Systems, experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or AutoCAD Map and the use of geographic concepts and formats inside of these programs a plus.

  • Proficiency in creating spreadsheets in Excel.

  • Experience with Microsoft Access.

Work Environment

This role involves office work with a hybrid schedule, allowing one day per week at home. You will be working in cubicles, providing a structured and focused environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
