- Proactively monitor network firewalls, switches, access points, AWS and Azure cloud networks, and other network resources and applications for performance issues and to maintain network uptime. Respond and take appropriate actions to notify and remediate network outages.
- Proactively monitor and ensure all circuits and network equipment remain updated and operational to deliver maximum network uptime.
- Implement general IT security measures including cybersecurity preventative and incident response duties related to network infrastructure.
