- Clear and confident communication skills-you're comfortable working with both technical teams and front-line staff
- Experience with business analysis and project management tools
- Familiarity with HR, finance, or payroll processes is preferred
- A background in human services or non-profit work is a plus, especially if you understand the unique challenges of the sector
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or in a related field
To be successful in this role and support the individuals we serve, you'll need to meet a few important requirements:
- Valid Driver's License - You'll need reliable transportation and a valid license to travel between PathWays locations or attend events as needed.
- Background Clearances - To ensure the safety of the people we support, all employees must complete a Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check. If you've lived outside Pennsylvania in the past five years, an FBI background check will also be required.
- Health Screening - A general health assessment and a TB (tuberculin) test will be required upon hire.
- Required Trainings - You'll complete onboarding and ongoing trainings as outlined by program regulations and PathWays policies.
- Physical Capability - This role may involve moving around our sites and lifting items (up to 30 pounds on your own, more with assistance). It may also require light physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, and using office equipment for extended periods.

As a member of the Office of the General Counsel Department, the Conflicts Analyst supports the Firm's critical risk management functions by performing certain duties associated with new business intake processing and conflict of interest reporting.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
