**Position Purpose:**
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. They must demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The safety specialist is responsible for field safety compliance, safety training and practices, OSHA compliance and conducting safety audits/job site inspections. Will work closely with branch personnel and Customer Safety Representatives to ensure adherence to Company's and Customers safety policies and procedures.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Ensure compliance with EnviroVac safety, environmental and operational policies/practices.
- Conduct safety audits at customer facilities and perform job observations and incident/accident investigations.
- Interface with customer safety professionals and Customer Contractor Coordinator.
- Work turnarounds (outages) at customer facilities which may include both day and night shifts, plus weekends as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work long hours (>8+ hours)
- Must be thoroughly trained and able to operate industrial vacuum truck, high-pressure industrial water blasters, and other necessary equipment on various projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; effective interpersonal communication across various levels of the organization and with external customers and vendors.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to understand and follow specific procedures and directions; unwilling to cut corners.
- Must be able to safely and effectively perform decontamination process of assigned equipment as required by specific project and Company policy, preventing cross-contamination between the equipment and/or job sites.
- Basic math skill.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s with emphasis in Industrial, Environmental and/or Health & Safety Management preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years of industrial safety experience required. Preferably in the industrial cleaning environment
- General Industry OSHA 30 – hour certification preferred
MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE USED:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Lifting 25 lbs. overhead ten to fifteen times per twelve-hour shift.
- Up to 50 lbs. overhead five to ten times per twelve-hour shift.
- Ability to climb ladders in heights of up to 250 feet.
- Exposure to extreme climate, including but not limited to sub-freezing and high temperatures up to 140 degrees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Ensure Safety, Environmental, Quality requirements and where applicable ResponsibleSteel requirements are followed.
2) Prepares the proposed check run including exceptions to the run for early or late payments, special requests, etc. 3) Maintains control of blank checks.

11) Coordinates with other departments for missing invoices, accruals, or other errors in the accounts payable system.
12) Reconciles bank accounts and ensures all banking transactions are processed accurately.
13) Assists with special projects.

1) Accounting degree or in the process of obtaining one. Alternatively, experience that could substitute for a degree. 2) Familiarity with computer systems and a willingness to learn how to use the Companys systems.

1. Purpose
Specialist I, Accounts Payable is responsible for invoice processing, control sheet maintenance/monitoring for all business units. Applies appropriate internal controls, related Sarbanes Oxley policy and Copeland Company Policies and Procedures.

Duty 1: Invoice/Expense Processing
Enters approved expense claims / good invoices submitted to the database in Accounting System
Performs data validation/ verification to achieve SOP on data consistency
Validates and checks purchase order requirements for correctness and applicability (2-way, 3-way, 4-way match)
Validate approval, completeness and correctness of invoice details and encodes into system
Analyze and provides input for exception items during invoice matching
Implement the non standard corrective actions ( analyze and correct specific resolved line item, apply credit note or debit note approved, etc. ) based on the resolution provided on invoice processing of Escalated/ Resolved aged items
Perform AIM -Automatic Invoice Matching Process
Analyzes gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis)- Download exception reports for AIMS Success Rate Report and Manual Interface Issue.
Analyzes gathered information & data using diagnostic analytics (root cause analysis, gap analysis) - Creates Failure Analysis reports (Watchout List)
Duty 2: Issue/Exception Items Resolution
Investigates and log exception items for resolution
Communicates issues/concerns regarding disputes encountered by compiling all pertinent details in Share Point - With Issues Control Sheet
Matches off aged unvouchered purchase orders as instructed by the counterparts
Education:
University degree in Accounting
Job Related Experience:
Preferably 1 year experience in general accounting, intercompany accounting, accounts payable, audit or payroll, with experience in handling supplier calls and emails.
