Position Summary

Principal Duties

This position in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector of the (IMS) Integrated Mission Systems Segment will join a Contracts team responsible for a diverse business area, with defense customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, as well as large and small business prime contractors.
This job administers, extends, negotiates, and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Preparing contractual letters, Terms & Conditions, Representations & Certifications for proposals to the U.S. Government and other DoD Contractors
+ Providing audit and fact-finding support for major proposals
+ Administering and closing contracts
+ Compiling information and reports
+ Interpreting contract requirements and track contractual performance to the requirements
+ Working with customers, management, and program teams to resolve issues, secure approvals, and ensure successful contract execution
+ Serving as the primary liaison for contractual communications between L3Harris and our customers
+ Ensuring compliance with federal procurement regulatory requirements
+ Assisting procurement personnel with contracting tasks, including establishing flow-down terms and conditions.

Qualifications:
