Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Team Leader of the Infrastructure Admin Team.
- Provide day-to-day support for our expansive Infrastructure Environment.
- Offer Tier 2 support for helpdesk escalated issues in coordination with the Infrastructure Admin Team.
- Manage and support retail store hardware needs.
- Actively participate in design and architecture meetings to plan infrastructure projects.
- Ensure rapid resolution of issues to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct proactive monitoring of our infrastructure systems, responding swiftly to automated alerts.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks related to infrastructure improvements and maintenance.
- Recommend enhancements to evolve our systems into a state-of-the-art environment.
- Create and maintain documentation for all changes and updates in the infrastructure sector.
- Provide courteous and comprehensive support to end users, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Facilitate seamless cooperation within the team and with external partners.
- Travel as needed to support corporate and retail projects.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure in complex environments, including both corporate and retail settings.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Proven analytical skills to identify system requirements and develop functional enhancements.
- Experience in testing and providing feedback on IT solutions before deployment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cyber security systems and tools.
- Advanced skills in cyber security and IT infrastructure management.
