The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Follow and promote all company customer service programs, i.e. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.

Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.

Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.

Complete assigned company training relevant to position.

Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.

Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions.

Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.

Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.

Perform various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc.

Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.

Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.)

Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.

All other duties as assigned.

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences

Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service

Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service

ASE certification

The Accounting Specialist maintains student billing, collections, and State Scholarship revenues for the school. This position works with the Accounting Manager to ensure all money owed to the school is accurately billed and received in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with reconciling tuition and fees between the general ledger and the Student Billing subsidiary ledger monthly.
• Assists with reconciling the financial aid recorded on the general ledger against the financial aid recorded in the financial aid system and the Student Billing subsidiary ledger monthly.
• Assists Accounting Manager with researching any discrepancies found during reconciliation.
• Ensures tuition and fees charged on the enrollment contract are properly recorded in the Student Billing software.
• Enters billing charges and deposits into the Student Billing software and deposits the funds into the operating checking account daily.
• Prepares monthly statements and answers questions regarding student accounts.
• Reviews and handles first communication with parents regarding past due accounts.
• Coordinates financial aid procedures and activities and provides financial aid information.
• Coordinates financial aid committee meetings (applications and information for review).
• Reviews applications and verifies student eligibility.
• Coordinates and records awards, disbursements and returns.
• Reconciles accounting and disbursement schedules.
• Provides data for financial aid and Accounting Manager as needed.

• Associate degree in a business-related field, finance and/or accounting required.

• Removal of sod, digging and setting forms; mixing, pouring and finishing concrete, installation of drainage pipes and maintenance of City retention ponds, including mowing.
• Drive dump truck (Under 26,000 lbs.) and operate light/heavy equipment including but not limited to: concrete mixer, concrete saws, compressors, generators, pumps, mowers; and able to use small hand tools and concrete finishing tools.
• Assist Streets and Sanitation in spring clean-up, roadway repairs, and emergency situations.
• Able to work from a boat and assist in the operation and maintenance of stormwater pumps and aquatic weed control.
• Must be available for emergency callouts and on call duty.
• Perform additional duties, as assigned.

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for candidates or workforce member file audits, securing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance in all areas of federal, state, local, regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies and organizational policy and procedure requirements. Works as a liaison for preboarding, workforce partners and organizational team members to obtain documentation and regulatory compliance at onboarding or/and annual compliance.
