Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job FunctionsFollow and promote all company customer service programs.
Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.
Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions.
Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.
Perform various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc.
Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.
Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.)
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.
All other duties as assigned.

Brief DescriptionRexnord Industries, LLC, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Calibration Technician who will lead and maintain the facility's calibration and measurement systems to ensure all inspection, testing, and production equipment meet internal and external standards for accuracy, reliability, and timeliness. This role is critical in supporting production flow ensuring calibration tools are calibrated, certified, and readily available. This role coordinates closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee onsite vendor calibration activities, ensuring all calibrations are completed to schedule.
- Identify and manage equipment requiring off-site evaluation, ensuring timely shipment, follow-up and return.
- Review and approve calibration certificates for accuracy, compliance, and traceability to NIST, NADCAP standards.
- Ensure calibration compliance with relevant quality standards, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation for traceability.
- Complete Defective Gage Reports and coordinate repair/replacement of defective gages
- Review calibration recertification for release
- Managing and scheduling onsite calibration services
- Create and manage purchase orders for calibration services and equipment through internal procurement systems
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for metrology and calibration equipment based on quality, delivery times, costs, and reliability.
- Maintain a current inventory and calibration schedule using a calibration tracking systems. Indysoft background is a plus.

- Solid background in metal manufacturing environment including metal cutting and grinding is desirable.

- Working knowledge of engineering part drawings and general understanding of metallurgy; ability to understand the physical and mechanical properties of metals as affected by composition, mechanical working and heat treatments.

This position is part of the Controls and Software logic for ECU applications and responsible for software requirements, design, coding, testing, software integration and releases.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Development and Validation of control algorithms utilizing embedded software development process
- Understand the software architecture strategy and requirements for CAB Ecu's specifically Body Control Module
- Should have clear understanding of the V-cycle of embedded development that starts with System level requirement and ends with confirmatory testing on the vehicle
- Responsible for the deliverables in the Application Development, Low Level Software Development, Verification and Validation tasks.
- Participation in the requirements, design development, and implementation of software solutions
- Translate Controls and Software feature needs and requirements into technical requirements for software applications
- Ensures development teams follow best practices, coding standards, and technical requirements in line with the Client coding standards.
- Guide the software development process through high-level decision making
- Define and document software architecture approaches and requirements
- Coach and mentor software function development engineers, and other team members
- Define design and code standard requirements meeting architecture requirements
- Serve as a technical liaison among project managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ongoing support for Resolution of software issues for Field support
- Would be responsible to release and deploy the Final Software, should be aware of SW release process
- Logging, Analyzing the defects and deviations in project tools for metric analysis.
- Performing reviews with the team for executions along with their defects and deviations with respect to requirements.
- Experience in optimization methods in software for better quality of product.
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology
• t least 12 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies
• t least 2 years of experience leading new technologies or specialized technologies
OR
• Master's degree in engineering or engineering technology
• t least 8 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies
• t least 2 years of experience leading new technologies or specialized technologies
