General Summary

SVP Corporate Strategy
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Strategy is a key member of Sedgwick's leadership team, responsible for shaping and driving the company's long-term strategic vision. This role leads the enterprise-wide strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across business units, corporate functions, and global regions. Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, the SVP partners closely with the CEO and executive team, to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and execute high-impact initiatives that position Sedgwick for sustained success.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategic Planning Leadership**
+ Leads the annual enterprise strategic planning cycle, including the development of strategic priorities, facilitation of planning workshops, and coordination of input from business unit leaders.
+ Prepares board-level strategy materials and executive updates and communicates complex strategic concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
+ Facilitates alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders across the organization.
**Enterprise Strategy Development**
+ Crafts and maintains a dynamic, multi-year enterprise strategy roadmap that reflects Sedgwick's growth ambitions, competitive positioning, and innovation agenda.
+ Ensures the roadmap is actionable, measurable, and aligned with financial and operational goals.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partners closely with leaders across operations, finance, technology, marketing, and colleague resources to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into functional plans and executed effectively.
+ Supports the CEO and executive team with high priority strategic initiatives.
**Market Intelligence and Opportunity Assessment**
+ Leads market and competitive intelligence efforts to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and potential partnerships or acquisitions.
+ Conducts scenario planning and risk assessments to inform strategic choices.
**Strategic Initiative Oversight**
+ Leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives such as digital transformation, new market entry, product innovation, and data monetization.
+ Establishes governance structures, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms for each initiative.
**Performance Management and KPI Tracking**
+ Partners with business unit and corporate leaders to define strategic KPIs and track progress against transformation goals.
+ Partners with stakeholders to design dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and course correct as needed.
**Team Leadership and Talent Development**
+ Builds and leads a high-performing corporate strategy team.
+ Mentors team members, fosters a culture of analytical rigor and innovation, and ensures continuous professional development within the team.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Travels as required.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
+ Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
+ Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**
Master's degree in business administration from an accredited college or university preferred.
**Experience**
Ten (10) years of related experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation with a demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and influence senior stakeholders, including at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with data-driven strategy, AI/tech-enabled services, and/or international markets is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage multi-state tax filings to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

- Assist in the compliance processes for both indirect taxes, such as sales and use taxes, and direct taxes, including income and franchise taxes.
- Provide support for the tax treatment of fixed assets and leasehold improvements in coordination with internal teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to tax processes and internal controls.
- Utilize Sage Intacct to extract and manage financial data for tax reporting purposes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master's in Taxation is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in tax work, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-state setting.
- Familiarity with external accounting or tax firms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Sage Intacct; training can be provided for the latter.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate across departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly one owned by Private Equity.

**Job Summary**
Molina's Credentialing function ensures that the Molina Healthcare provider network consists of providers that meet all regulatory and risk management criteria to minimize liability to the company and to maximize safety for members. This position is responsible for the initial credentialing, re-credentialing and ongoing monitoring of sanctions and exclusions process for practitioners and health delivery organizations according to Molina policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for meeting daily/weekly production goals and maintaining a high level of confidentiality for provider information.
Responsible for coordinating assigned aspects of enterprise-wide credentialing and primary source verification process for practitioners and health delivery organizations according to Molina policy and procedure. Where possible, specific production goals on a weekly or monthly basis will be tracked for each respective accountability. Maintains a high level of confidentiality for provider information. Typically assigned the more complex work; works on special projects as assigned; and serves as a "mentor" to newly hired Associate Specialists.
**Job Duties**
+ Processing Credentialing Applications
- Evaluates credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness based on differences in provider specialty and obtains required verifications as outlined in Molina policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, while meeting production goals.
- Communicates with health care providers to clarify questions and request any missing information.
- Updates credentialing software systems with required information.
Recredentialing/Termination
- Requests recredentialing applications from providers and conducts follow-up on application requests, following department guidelines and production goals.
- Collaborates with internal and external contacts to ensure timely processing or termination of recredentialing applicants.
- Completes data corrections in the credentialing database necessary for processing of recredentialing applications.
- Reviews claims payment systems to determine provider status, as necessary.
Ongoing Monitoring/Watch Follow-up
- Completes follow-up for provider files on 'watch' status, as necessary, following department guidelines and production goals.
- Reviews and processes assigned daily alerts for federal/state and license sanctions and exclusions reports to determine if providers have sanctions/exclusions.
- Reviews and processes monthly daily alerts for Medicare Opt-Out reports to determine if any provider has opted out of Medicare.
- Reviews and processes assigned daily NPDB Continuous Query reports and takes appropriate action when new reports are found.
**Job Qualifications**
**Required Education:**
High School Diploma or GED
**Required Experience/Knowledge Skills & Abilities:**
Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or participation in a CPCS progression program.
**Preferred Education:**
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
**Preferred Experience:**
Previous experience leading, guiding, or mentoring others.

**Job Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in financial modeling and analysis
+ Ability to synthesize complex ideas and translate into actionable information
+ Strong analytical and modeling skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Highly collaborative and team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
+ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and adhere to deadlines in a high-paced organization
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:**
+ Prior analyst experience in investment banking strongly preferred
