**Overview:**
Join the Corporate Social Responsibility department as a coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the SVP and assisting with team administration, communications, collaborator support, and event and project coordination. **Responsibilities:**
**Administrative & Scheduling Support**
+ Handle complex executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Handle meeting preparation, materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
+ Process expense reports, invoices, and department budgets as needed.
+ Maintain files, databases, and records with confidentiality.
+ Support with maintenance of CSR giving platform databases (e.g., Benevity), ensuring accurate records, reporting, and employee engagement tracking.
**Communications & CSR Support**
+ Assist in coordinating internal and external CSR related communications efforts, including memos, newsletters, and briefing documents.
+ Support CSR initiatives, including philanthropic partnerships, volunteer events, and community engagement activities.
+ Help track and maintain key CSR and corporate partner relationships.
+ Provide logistical assistance for campaigns, press opportunities, and events.
**Event & Project Coordination**
+ Assist with planning and execution of communications events, press briefings, community partner events, and internal employee engagements.
+ Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, guest lists, and on-site event support.
+ Assist with collateral development, presentations, and creative materials.
**Partner Support**
+ Serve as a point of contact for community partners, non-profits, and philanthropic organizations.
+ Coordinate scheduling and logistics for partner meetings, site visits, and shared projects.
+ Support tracking and reporting on partnership activities and outcomes.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years administrative experience.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Highly organized and proactive with ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
+ Proficient in Gmail, other Google products, and Microsoft Office suite.
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Experience with CRM or engagement tools like Benevity.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 62,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. We have multiple Corporate Social Responsibility internship opportunities available. **Your Role Accountabilities**
+ Charitable vetting and contributions support. Research, analyze and recommend charities for partnerships or as needed
+ Provide program management support for employee-focused social impact initiatives, including volunteering and company-wide campaigns
+ Work with non-profit partners on sponsorship fulfillment, including tribute ads, identifying guest lists and sharing opportunities with employees
+ Monitoring ESG ratings and rankers scores and assist in updating information as needed
+ Assist in implementation of ESG reporting software including user testing
+ Updating and maintaining social impact websites, news updates, creative assets, etc.
