Nextracker's Corporate Strategy team develops and manages the company's multi-year strategic roadmap, identifies and delivers organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and provides market and competitive intelligence throughout the company. We work closely with product, business development, finance, and executive management teams to evaluate, recommend, and pursue broad strategic initiatives to increase customer and shareholder value. This is a high-visibility position that directly impacts key strategic planning tools and decisions for the company.
The Corporate Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and other members of the Corporate Strategy team to support quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategic planning activities. You will have the opportunity to manage high impact strategy and corporate development projects, such as market/competitor/industry analyses, strategic studies and frameworks to support prioritization and decision-making for growth opportunities, and development of tools and business processes to support better alignment of strategy and execution.
Key activities & responsibilities:
- Work with Nextracker executives to address key strategic planning and corporate development activities across our global markets
- Gather data/information, frame analyses, and build models to support strategic decision-making for internal and external business opportunities
- Build relationships, collaborate, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across the company, including senior leaders
- Support key aspects of strategy planning initiatives/systems/ tools, and orchestrate work streams
- Conduct market research and value chain analysis for new industry verticals, segments, and product lines and synthesize/present analysis and recommendations
- Masters or Ph.D level degree
- 3+ years of work experience in a corporate or client services environment prior to MBA
- Experience and/or strong interest in power generation or renewable energy industries a plus
- Understanding of key financial business drivers and basic financial modeling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication (including presentation skills); executive presence
- Excellent research, creative and fact-based problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities, and adjust priorities based on evolving business needs
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet fixed deadlines for deliverables

**As a Corporate Strategy Manager you will:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Pre or post-graduate experience in strategy, business operations in a technology company, or top-tier consulting firm / corporate strategy field with strong exposure to technology.
+ Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required.
+ Strong written / verbal communications to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions; comfort in business and technical discussions.
+ Possess a solid understanding of high-tech industry, with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in new areas.

Additional Information

The expected starting salary range for this role is $144,800-$219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
