Position Overview
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis works closely with the CFO and while providing proactive, hands-on
leadership and oversight for general ledger accounting, financial analysis and budgeting. Carry out organizational
strategy regarding financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Will have full knowledge of OCHIN operations and
impacts to financials results.
Essential Duties
- Managing the general ledger accounting, financial analysts, budgeting
- Working with the CFO to create the annual budget and corresponding supporting documentation.
- Work with the CFO to create monthly financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and monthly dashboard.
- Overseeing budget and forecast analysis process to provide timely variance reporting.
- Managing Banking relationships
- Managing the tax processing/filing
- Lead all audit responsibilities
- Other duties as assigne
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of previous Finance or Accounting experience.
- Minimum of three (3) year supervisory experience or leadership role.
- CPA Required
- Minimum 5 years of GL, Budget and/or Forecasting experience.
- Experience with NetSuite's required
- NSPB experience required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of the COA and GL architecture
- General knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

Base Pay Overview
The typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint (min-$108,701 - mid-$41,311) , with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position.
