You will set the bar for quality and effectiveness. Champion Data-Informed Creativity: Partner with the analytics and marketing teams to rigorously analyze creative performance data. Use these insights not to limit creativity, but to fuel smarter, more effective campaigns. Ensure Strategic & Compliant Execution: Oversee the creative lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring the final output is of the highest quality, aligned with your strategic vision, and compliant with all state-level regulations. Communicate the Vision: Clearly and persuasively present creative strategies and concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, articulating the "why" behind every creative decision. What we're looking for: 7+ years of experience in a creative strategy, art direction, or senior copywriting role, with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns for acquisition or performance marketing. A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic, multi-channel campaigns that have driven significant and measurable business impact (e.g., user growth, revenue, ROAS). Experience in or a deep passion for the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting industry is a significant plus. An understanding of betting culture and player motivations is key. Proven ability to lead and mentor creative talent. You should have experience guiding producers, designers, or copywriters. Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly the role of creative in performance channels like paid social, programmatic, and creator marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
