We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical and Creative Writer with a strong background in crafting compelling, creative, and technically accurate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other solicitation documents, including drafting B2B creative marketing content and brand-aligned messaging to key stakeholders. **Job Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development and writing of technical content for RFP/RFI/proposal responses across federal, state, local, or commercial sectors.
+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling language tailored to the target audience and solicitation requirements.
+ Create Brand-aligned client facing creative assets for Business Development team
+ Confidently provide strong input on projects from a creative perspective

**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor?s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
+ Master's degree in writing or communications preferred
+ Minimum of 3?7 years of experience in the copywriting field, preferably in a proposal environment.
+ Demonstrated success in writing strong brand copy across a variety of media, and the ability to share portfolio of creative and/or technical work.
+ Familiarity with the full proposal lifecycle
+ Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools (SharePoint & Smart Sheet).
