An large specialty crop operation in the Northwest region of Pennsylvania is looking to add a hands-on agronomist to their team to help support field operations, crop planning, and sustainable production practices. Entry-Level Agronomists encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and execution of organic cropping plans, including potatoes and other specialty crops
  • Provide daily agronomic support during planting, cultivation, scouting, fertility, and harvest phases
  • Collect and interpret soil and tissue sample data; make nutrient recommendations based on findings
  • Support integrated pest management strategies aligned with organic certification standards
  • Maintain and troubleshoot farm equipment and machinery; coordinate basic repairs
  • Communicate agronomic updates and recommendations with team members and management
  • Contribute to field trials, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Horticulture, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in production agriculture
  • Demonstrated interest in organic farming and specialty crop production (potato experience is a plus)
  • Mechanical aptitude; experience operating and maintaining farm equipment
  • Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Attributes:
  • Prior experience in organic systems, especially potato production
  • Experience with field scouting, crop planning, and harvest operations
  • Background in basic mechanical repair and equipment maintenance

As the Product Specialist - High Horsepower Tractors & Crop Production , you will support Case IH key dealers and customers by demonstrating expertise on your assigned product lines. We are looking for a self-motivated professional to drive value proposition into the market place from a regional perspective. You will be a significant part of regional and local training events, and will also be a presence at national, regional, and local farm shows.

Territory for this position will be Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. Ideal locations for this role is Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and provide value propositions to dealers and customers.
  • Engage in dealer and customer demos, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to implement retail unit and share objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the marketing product expert for HHP Tractors & Crop Production products to sales and marketing, product management, and product development teams.
  • Provide training sessions to key internal and external partners within your region.
  • Help build marketing and training materials for assigned products to communicate their value, features, and benefits to the commercial organization, dealer network, and specialists.
  • Set and achieve dealer order objectives, transfer for retail, and retail actions to supervise demo activity and field inventory of products in your region.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of agricultural product experience with direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
  • Ability to travel 75% - this is a field-based position.
Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $84,000.00 - $112,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
