This is a 12-month paid internship opportunity. The Intern, Digital Assets position is centered around uploading assets, creating collections, entering meta-data, and ensuring proper tagging is completed. This internship is expected to last for 1 year duration at 40 hours per week.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Assist with the creation and evolution of digital asset management capabilities, focusing on product data and content integration and syndication, streamlining operations, and maintaining best practices.
- Prioritize incoming workflow, develop training materials, and make sure internal and external users have streamlined experiences.
- Assist with the design and implementation of taxonomy and metadata schemas following industry best practices; creating requirements and ensuring user and partner needs are met.
- Coordinate program support to Graphic Services, Marketing, Sales, and E-Commerce teams.
- Discover ways to enhance automation of asset ingest, tagging and syndication/distribution.

Requirements

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience with digital asset management or, digital asset organization
- Experience with asset curation, with between 1-2 years' experience in DAM administration or in a related field
- Some knowledge of DAM (digital asset management), metadata, taxonomy, SEO best practices, strategy principles and concepts for assets and digital content

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven business-intelligence engineer to help us synthesize data into knowledge to improve our Selling Partners financial experience. You will work with business, tech and operations across the company to learn the end-to-end financial flow and build solutions that will achieve our vision of 100% financial accuracy and transparency. The right person for this role will have proven ability to work across large data sets, across diverse systems, and generate analytics solutions that produce actionable insights
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
