Position Overview
Under broad direction, this role is responsible for maintaining the life cycle of complex learning solutions designed for sales audiences. These may include structured multi-day learning events, blended designs, self-directed learning, multi-course curricula, scenario-based learning, action learning, and media-based learning. The role will also leverage gamification, interactive multimedia, video microlearning, peer-to-peer learning, content curation, and mobile delivery platforms to maximize learning engagement and retention.
The incumbent manages deliverables for current training solutions, oversees evaluation strategies (Levels 13), and ensures high-quality content for multiple sales-related retail audiences (inbound call center, retention, retail, multi-dwelling/single-family units, and third-party retail). This role partners with stakeholders to analyze, document, and deliver effective courseware while ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the life cycle of existing learning solutions, ensuring relevance, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Design and develop innovative learning experiences across modalities (instructor-led, digital, mobile, blended, microlearning, gamified).
- Partner with clients and SMEs to identify requirements and translate them into effective learning solutions.
