Job Description
The Analyst, Customer Health will play a critical role in helping Lowe's better understand and serve its customers. This role supports the Sr. Manager of Customer Health in deriving actionable insights from customer data to drive business strategies. The Analyst will be responsible for data analysis and visualization, incrementality measurement, and executive-level reporting. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and the ability to translate findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
**What You Will Do**
+ Write SQL queries to extract and analyze customer data from enterprise databases.
+ Develop Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights to marketing and business partners.
+ Identify drivers of customer behavior using descriptive models.
+ Build customer segments using supervised and unsupervised classification models.
+ Deliver insights through briefs and PowerPoint presentations to guide executive decision-making.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analysis aligns with strategic goals.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business, or related field 3-4 Years General professional work experience or equivalent experience
+ 2 Years Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint) and Spend Management systems
**Preferred Skills/Education**
+ Experience with Python or other programming languages for data analysis
+ Experience in retail, consumer insights, or customer behavior analysis
+ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A Day In The Life

Develop and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights such as customer segmentation/behavior, key customer KPI's, market trends and research findings to key stakeholders across the organization.

Leverage advanced analytics to Integrate and transform complex customer data sets from multiple sources including CRM systems, third party market data and digital analytic platforms.

Analyze market research data using advanced analytic techniques to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Data will include consumer perceptions, preferences and feedback with extensive cross-tabulation. Ensure insights are actionable to inform enterprise decision-making.

Design and implement predictive models to forecast customer lifetime value, churn, media mix optimization, etc.
You'll Come With

Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Market Research, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline with strong business background) MBA or MS preferred.

5+ years relevant experience, customer insights, market research and analytics experience preferred

Ability to initiate technical problem-solving process and recommend solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with SQL, Python and/or R

Experience building dashboards with Tableau or PowerBI preferred

Detail oriented, comfortable digging into code and working with imperfect data sets

Statistical techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis

Advanced user of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) or related software.

Experience with statistical software & Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

A typical day for a customer insights senior analyst involves constructing reports, building tableau dashboards, and creating data driven insights while also assisting with ad-hoc requests from leadership.
The starting salary for this role is $75K-80K; commensurate with experience.

+ The role primarily consists of analyses of large data sets and business trends to provide insights.
+ Utilize big data tools to consolidate and cleanse large data sets into easily digestible formats.
