ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  1. Assist with the Restaurant Initiative program, including but not limited to: mailings, data entry and phone calls to seniors.
  2. Operate office equipment, such as copiers and front desk phone system and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
  3. Provide coverage to the Receptionist. Direct callers to appropriate staff members. This may include answering basic information request calls as received.
  4. Assist with mailings and data entry needs.
  5. Assist with heavy workload volume for other divisional support positions, as needed.
  6. Act as a backup to assist team members during leave of absences.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
  1. Ability to lift and carry up to at least 50 pounds
  2. Delivery of office and building supplies to the correct departments and storage locations
  3. Maintain office supplies and purchasing (lunchrooms, supply rooms, conf. rooms)
