**Responsibilities**
Leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics techniques in optimizing UKG Pro WFM analytics & scheduling to enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
**UKG data expert and solutions specialist**
+ Be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, primarily WFM analytics and insights.
+ Proficient in UKG Pro WFM, Oracle Cloud, SQL, Python, R and BigQuery
+ Deliver quality products, insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities within WFM team & cross-functionally.
+ Support WFM challenges, issues and complex requirements, including advising on WFM best practices and service delivery model.
+ Be responsible for identifying WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency reporting opportunities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide, design and deliver key insights around Workforce Management and Operational efficiency.
+ Query modern data storage mechanisms, and manipulate data when applicable.
+ Leverage BI tools like UKG Pro, Oracle FDI, Tableau & Google Sheet to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that allow stakeholders to easily understand WFM data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
+ Develop KPI targets and thresholds in accordance with WFM best practice and historical data.
+ Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze workforce data, including staffing levels, scheduling patterns, and labor costs.
+ Develop solutions (dashboards, data visualizations, reports) for real-time operations performance assessment and agile decision-making in UKG Pro & connected platforms.
+ Identify and address bottlenecks in UKG Pro processes to maximize capacity utilization for labor optimization.
+ Partner with ADSI to ensure data accuracy & integrity in WFM planning & reporting.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years business experience in an insurance related field and four (4) years statistical analysis required. Supervisory experience preferred.
