What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Data Analyst is responsible for coordinating all Caminar, Avatar and Electronic Health Record (EHR) related tasks, including collection and entry of members served data (e.g. demographics, diagnosis, service codes, billing codes), running reports, ensuring accuracy of data and reporting back to the program and the payer. The position requires using outcomes data to promote program improvement with a focus on positive outcomes for the members served.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time, 10-Hour Shift | 7:00am-6:00pm | Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $23.69 - $29.28. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Summary
The Customer Remediation Data Analyst in Consumer & Business Banking Risk will participate in projects that require research, data compilation and analysis to ensure compliance with the bank's Customer Remediation Policy. The analyst should have experience and a thorough understanding of bank systems/products, e.g. Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs), CIS and MSP.

- Credible Challenge: The CBB Risk Data Team accepts ownership of the data used within all CBB customer remediation events. This includes confirmation to front line systems for any data created internally or obtained from an external source and verification of any component required during validation.

Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00

**This role is an onsite or hybrid role based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.**
**How you'll make an impact:**
This Senior Analytics role - on our Corporate Strategy Team - will focus on leveraging big data and real-world data in combination with competitive intelligence to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive business growth and innovation.
+ Integrate competitive intelligence with real-world data to inform strategic planning
+ Collaborate with and influence stakeholders/leadership across the organization through fact-based analyses to address key business priorities
+ Partner with team to interpret results of quantitative models and develop alternative analysis to support business objectives
+ Identify, evaluate, cleanse, organize, and assess value of disparate data sources. Identify data sources available and collect primary data where necessary.
+ Build custom quantitative models and dashboards to visualize insights by applying advanced statistical methods
+ Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation
+ Present and communicate complex analytical findings to be clear, concise, and decision oriented
+ Identify challenging issues in the marketplace that inform strategic decisions and share insights with the broader organization through the preparation of quarterly/ad hoc reports

**What you'll need (required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience
**What else we look for (preferred):**
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, business analytics, competitive insights or a related role
+ Experience in healthcare, Lifesciences, medical devices, biopharma, or strategic consulting
+ Good project management skills (e.g., documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations)
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tool and BI/reporting software including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, broader Microsoft CoPilot suite
+ Experience with market analysis models and proficiency in Excel
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Desire to learn new concepts and software solutions
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

For California, the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
