Summary:
The main function of an OBD Certification Data Science Engineer is to support the development and maintenance of certification-related tools and processes. They assist in new programmatic solutions, data handling, and data analysis to improve company workflows

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct testing and data analysis in the areas of Emissions & OBD, investigate and identify issues, determine root causes, and discuss within a team environment.
  • Learn the emissions and OBD certification activities and identify additional areas within the team where the candidate can effectively contribute value.
  • Establish opportunities within the OBD Certification for automation.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent 3-5 years of related experience).
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong project coordination skills required.

  • Proficiency in Python and related libraries for automation, data processing, and workflow optimization.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: 65.00 - 66.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Intern to join our dynamic R&D team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing ML models and algorithms that drive advancements in Relativity's Stargate additive manufacturing platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Simulation, Robotics, and Software to identify and implement ML-based solutions that drive technology development. You will work to understand data from a wide variety of sources in and around the printer and select appropriate model architectures to achieve business goals. You'll be at the cutting edge of large scale additive manufacturing and you'll get to see the solutions you develop implemented in the Stargate platform.

Key Responsibilities:
