2. Certification in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty).
3. 1 year of experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
4. 1 year of experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
5. Knowledge of industry-specific analytics (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus.
