**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic Portfolio Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities that fuel the growth of our hardware platform solutions. **Responsibilities:**

+ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their potential fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
+ **Market Research & Identification:**
+ Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers aligned with Celestica's Portfolio Solutions offerings.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the networking, storage, and compute domains.
+ Utilize various data sources, including online databases, industry reports, social media, and internal CRM, to uncover potential leads.

+ Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide insights to support their sales efforts.

**Qualifications:**

**Typical Experience**
+ 8+ years of proven experience in lead generation, market research, or business development, preferably within the IT industry. Reseller, Distribution, System Integrator experience preferable.
