As an IT Department Head at Decisions, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal IT employees, processes, and systems. This position is responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day oversight of the Internal IT department (Corporate IT, Security/Compliance, DevOps, Data Teams), ensuring performance and productivity while aligning IT strategies with our business goals. Key Objectives
Objective #1: Understanding and deep knowledge of IT Operations
- Oversee the daily IT operations, including system administration, network management/security and help desk support
- Ensure IT systems, hardware, and software are well-maintained and meet organizational needs
- Implement IT best practices to improve operational efficiency
- Create, monitor, and enhance IT practices, policies, and procedures to maintain organizational compliance (ex: SOC2 Type 2, HITRUST, PCI/DSS, ISO27001, etc)
- Lead and manage the internal IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Ensure the team is well-equipped to handle IT tasks efficiently and effectively

- Oversee day-to-day service operations within the assigned outlet.
- Maintain Forbes and Four Diamond service standards through live coaching and accountability.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, ensure floor readiness, and manage pacing and communication with culinary.
- Coordinate with Events, Engineering, and Housekeeping to ensure the outlet is fully prepared.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including temporary reassignment to support operational needs.
- Hire, train, and coach front-of-house staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and participate in progressive discipline when necessary.
