Job Description
The **Interior Design Projects Intern** will be immersed in a variety of responsibilities around planning, monitoring, and executing office interior design projects. Roles and responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
**Interior Design Responsibilities:**
+ Assist Interiors team with day-to-day activities and responsibilities
+ Assist in maintaining updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for a given project(s).
+ Assist with internal coordination and administration for contracts, purchase orders, change orders and new project requests.
+ Assist with updates on development program & project status on a bi-weekly basis suitable for executive level reviews.
+ Assist with scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services & participate in procurement and project cost estimates
+ Assist with monitoring project budget / cost-to-date against overall project budget.
+ Work with the internal development team to enhance project management processes and protocols
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this director position is also responsible for all phases of the design and/or construction process of highly complex construction and/or refurbishment projects, or series of projects, generally in excess of $250 million in cumulative budget responsibility; defining project parameters in terms of time, money, physical objectives and outside constraints; guiding the work of project team(s) comprised of facility personnel, project staff, general contractors, and internal/external consultants; directing team(s) in establishing scope, budget and schedule, and maintains such commitments through design, construction, and close-out processes; and ensuring KP goals for client service are continuously met through the design and construction process.
This role is also responsible for providing direction and guidance during all design stages of medical and/or regional facilities, including overseeing economic comparisons of development schemes and recommending options in conformance to master plan; negotiating fees, and approving consultant and contractor invoices and change orders; negotiating with local and state jurisdictions; directing the timely procurement of all permits required by regulatory authorities; and overseeing on-site design and/or construction teams, and communicating goals and program status with KP leadership.

Oversees management of the project financials of assigned projects and ensures they are managed within budget allocations. Reviews performance across a portfolio of projects and makes changes as appropriate. Develops processes and procedures for the development and execution of organizational change management (e.g., user adoption, implementation, and training plans). Oversees proper project management practices in regard to allocation of resources, schedules and task assignments.
+ Directs project teams and holds teams accountable for results. Oversees the decisions of others in reference to internal and/or external resource requests based on the alignment of team member skills and project demands. Leverages expertise to create a clear vision of overall project goals and objectives. Delivers performance feedback to teams.
+ Proactively monitors, identifies, and mitigates project risks, issues, and trigger events across multiple inter-dependent projects by leveraging expertise and recommending changes to project processes based on the analyses and identification of trigger events.
+ Directs adherence of project activities to policies and procedures by ensuring project plans and team members follow KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum six (6) years experience in construction and/or design project management.
+ Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
+ Minimum four (4) years experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate, non-profit, or government environment.
+ Minimum three (3) years experience managing operational or project budgets.
+ Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and minimum ten (10) years experience in project management or a directly related field OR Minimum thirteen (13) years experience in project management or a directly related field.

- Help standardize and implement the usage of Digital Twins
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, IT, and VDC/BIM leadership to integrate CDE platforms into enterprise systems and project delivery frameworks.
- Train and support internal teams in the effective use of ProjectWise, ACC, and other tools to promote consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor platform performance, adoption, and data health using KPIs and system dashboards.
- Stay current on evolving technologies in the infrastructure and design collaboration space, particularly Bentley's and Autodesk's cloud ecosystem.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, with deep involvement in digital project delivery and CDE environments.
- Proven expertise with some combination of Bentley ProjectWise and/or Infrastructure Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or other collaborative platforms is essential.
- Experience setting up and managing CDE platforms for large infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface between technical teams and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of information management principles, ISO 19650, and project data governance.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (Bentley, Autodesk, ISO 19650 Practitioner) are a plus.
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, VBA, Python, etc.) for administrative tasks or customizations in CDE environments.
- Solid foundational understanding of AEC project design /delivery and the tools used (OpenRoads, OpenBridge, Civil3D, etc.) is desirable.
- Certifications from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, or ISO 19650 are a plus.

You will work closely with senior AV and IT professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilities, and architects. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and documentation of AV systems for meeting rooms, huddle spaces, and collaboration areas.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of AV systems, with a primary focus on Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Contribute to AV infrastructure planning, including cable layout and room design coordination with facilities and architects.
