You'll train Cyber Protection Team operators on how DCOs implement proactive and reactive security measures to ensure the operational availability of enterprise networks and the uninterrupted flow of mission-critical information. You'll analyze and integrate cyberspace operational tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) internally and externally to the organization, including playbooks, the development of theater net-centric strategies, NetOps situational awareness operations, and a NetOps Concept of Operations (CONOPS), that will ensure data and systems are protected. You'll interface with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into training.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with OCO
- Experience developing and delivering cyberspace operations support for a Combatant Command or Major Command, and USCYBERCOM
- Knowledge of joint training standards, JCT and CS, USCYBERCOM JQRs, and EO training standards
- Ability to conduct on-net operations to support the collection system operator training
- Ability to formulate recommendations for corrective actions to address identified risks and support CMF training
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- DoD 8140 Compliant IAT-II Certification, including GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP Certification

This role will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and implementing coaching programs focused on leadership development, advanced selling techniques, and overall professional growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, proven coaching abilities, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with sales leaders and individual contributors to identify development needs, create tailored coaching plans, and drive measurable improvements in sales effectiveness and team leadership.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Needs Assessment & Program Development:**
+ Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to identify key development areas and skill gaps within the sales organization.
+ Design and develop engaging and impactful coaching programs, workshops, and resources focused on sales leadership, advanced selling methodologies, negotiation skills, communication, time management, and other relevant professional development topics.
+ Customize coaching content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs of individuals and teams.
+ **Individual & Group Coaching:**
+ Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales leaders and individual contributors, focusing on skill development, performance improvement, and career growth.
+ Conduct observation of sales activities and provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies for improvement.
+ Help individuals set clear goals, develop action plans, and track progress.
+ **Facilitation & Training:**
+ Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions on sales leadership principles, coaching skills for managers, and various professional development topics.
+ Utilize a variety of training methodologies to ensure effective learning and knowledge retention.
+ **Performance Monitoring & Evaluation:**
+ Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of coaching programs and individual coaching engagements.
+ Analyze data and provide reports on the impact of coaching initiatives on sales performance and leadership effectiveness.
+ Continuously evaluate and refine coaching programs based on feedback and performance data.
+ **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:**
+ Build strong relationships with sales leaders, HR, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for development initiatives.
+ Partner with sales leadership to reinforce coaching principles and create a coaching culture within the sales organization.
+ Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in sales leadership and professional development.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Proven relevant work experience to execute the duties and responsibilities independently and confidently; proven experience in the development, management, and execution of leadership and development programs
+ Strong understanding, application, and experience of adult learning and education including instructional design, employee development programs, knowledge and implementation of learning theories and models, and leadership development
+ Leadership experience is preferred
+ Experience developing and managing content in an LMS is required
+ Workday, Platcore, and Articulate 365 experience strongly preferred
+ Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not for profit College or University.
