Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Providing direction and reviewing the work assigned to staff during all phases of project work. 2) Performing related tasks to assist staff in the completion of assigned work. 3) Coordinating the planning of end-user training for new functionality. 4)Identifying training and growth opportunities for staff. 5) Ensuring that the developer adhere to the division's standardized methods for development. 6) Facilitating the implementation of quality assurance requirements for complex enterprise information systems and web applications. 7) Coordinating with the functional and ITS leadership to establish best practices and procedures to meet organizational SLAs. The full salary range for the Manager, Application and Integration Development is $90,400 - $69,000 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to 140,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Position Overview
Lead all web development and design initiatives for a fast-growing 260-person enterprise startup. This individual contributor role combines technical expertise, creative vision, and marketing alignment to ensure our web presence drives business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and maintenance of company website, including architecture, security, performance, and user experience
- Execute website redesign projects and continuous improvement initiatives based on marketing objectives
- Manage web hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and other technical infrastructure
- Implement and maintain web analytics, SEO strategy, and conversion tracking
- Work closely with marketing team to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Create and maintain high-impact marketing campaign pages and microsites
- Ensure brand consistency across all web properties
- Maintain website compliance with accessibility standards and data protection regulations
- Develop and maintain documentation for web systems and processes
- Expert-level proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+)
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
- Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience with CMS platforms and headless CMS architectures
- Strong understanding of web security best practices and compliance requirements
- Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Strong eye for design and user experience
- Experience with UI/UX best practices
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Understanding of brand guidelines and design systems
- Ability to create compelling, conversion-focused web experiences
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical implementation
- Experience with marketing analytics and attribution
- Ability to optimize for lead generation and customer acquisition
- 7+ years of web development experience
- 3+ years managing web properties in a marketing-driven organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
- Portfolio of successful marketing-focused web projects
- Track record of improving conversion rates and user engagement
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Strong communication skills and marketing mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing team
- Maintain 99.9%+ website uptime
- Improve and maintain core web vitals scores
- Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates
- Regular security audits and updates
- Monthly analytics and performance reporting
- Support rapid deployment of marketing campaigns
- Reports directly to Chief Marketing Officer
- Works closely with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams
