+ Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
+ Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
+ Maintain applications according to SLAs.
+ Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
+ Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.
+ Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
+ Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Providing workarounds and limitations during the Requirements Analysis phase;
+ Implementing full-stack and Node.js applications;
+ Creating functional designs, technical designs, and training documentation for customizations and standard developments;
+ Working with client Functional Team, Business Process Leads, end users, stakeholders, and teammates;
+ Performing data integration using Extract, Transform, Load tool, and Ab Initio, including Load Data from multiple sources, data warehouse, data mart, and operational data store;
+ Working with Analytics SQL (Structured Query Language) for client and business reporting;
+ Leading technical delivery project management, including operating delivery in Waterfall and Agile methodology;
+ Utilizing JSON, Shell, and Unix scripting;
+ Capacity planning for multi-phase project engagements across lifecycle; and
+ Executing continuous improvements to improve application performance, stability, and reduce ongoing performance issues.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Summary:
Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and talented Software Development Engineer to join our team in delivering high quality software. The full-stack software engineer will work closely with program managers, product owners, and scrum teams to ensure that new features are prioritized and implemented properly. This position will be on-site three days a week at our Irving office.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ + Educational
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
+ Technical
+ 5 or more years in software development
+ Proficiency in developing single-page applications using modern front-end technologies, with a focus on React (Angular experience is a plus)
+ Strong understanding of responsive design principles
+ Solid experience with jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS
+ Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with hands-on experience in the Visual Studio IDE and a strong foundation in object-oriented programming
+ Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, maintainable code, adhering to best practices for separation of concerns and application design
+ Experience building RESTful APIs
+ Strong experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, writing complex queries (joins, inserts, updates), query optimization, and stored procedure development
+ Proficiency in version control using Git, with a solid understanding of branching strategies
+ Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration
+ Highly organized, motivated and able to work with a sense of urgency
+ Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders

About this Opportunity:Regency Centers is seeking a Development Associate to join our regional office located in Dallas, Texas. The Development Associate will assist the Investments team in all aspects of the development process of complex retail or mixed-use projects, including the acquisition, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, leasing, and project stabilization. This individual will be largely responsible for the daily operation and advancement of development projects, handling a variety of tasks ranging from high-level decision making to maintaining detailed project coordination and organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate, attend, and actively participate in internal team meetings as well as external tenant, city, design, and construction meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and proactively initiate next steps to keep projects on task.
- Assist in obtaining project entitlements and permits including attending City/County staff meetings, creating presentations, and tracking conditions of approval.
- Act as a liaison between the Construction and Financial Services teams to track project budgets and schedules.
- Work with Financial Services to keep financial models up to date.
- Perform market analysis including rent and sales comps, zoning analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare presentations/exhibits to assist in project leasing efforts.
Required:
- Demonstrated passion for real estate development
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field from an accredited institution
- At least one (1) year of full-time experience working in real estate
- Intermediate level proficiency or higher with current Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Real Estate Development or courses taken in Real Estate Finance, Design, and Development
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience working in commercial real estate with an emphasis on investments, brokerage, or development
- Experience working as a real estate analyst
- Strong financial, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills
- Knowledge of development fundamentals; including the entitlement process, underwriting, design, permitting, construction, and project management.
- Collaborative yet also able to work independently and lead portions of a project
- Strong attention to detail with solid time management and organizational skills, possessing a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills including capability of precise written and verbal communication
- Operates with integrity and able to maintain high level of professionalism
