Required:

**Scope of Position:**

The Senior Scientist will be developing rugged, challenging bioanalytical methods, providing clear documentation during the method hand-off process, and assisting in troubleshooting methods.
**What you'll be doing** :
+ Developing reliable extraction, chromatographic, and mass spectrometric analysis procedures for highly challenging and complex methods.
+ Documenting all project work according to Method Development processes and procedures.
+ Communicating progress and status to the Associate Director of Method Development and Project Management, as necessary.
+ Presenting method development results at Prevalidation Committee Meetings.
+ Independently interacting with Project Management and clients to provide updates on project status, as necessary.
+ Guiding Wet Lab staff with clear instructions and communication.
+ Providing Project Management with clear documentation of methods and working with analytical staff during the method hand-off process after successful method development.
+ Strengthening knowledge in chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques.
**What We Are Looking For** :
+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field with 6 years' experience, Master's Degree with 2-3 years' experience, or Ph.D (post doc is appreciated).
+ Highly experienced in LC/MS and Biologic Sample Prep.
+ Advanced knowledge of chemistry involved in method development procedures.
+ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
+ Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
**The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role** :
+ Advanced knowledge in LC/MS theory and Biologic Sample Prep.
+ Knowledge with High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (thermo orbitraps/exploris).
+ Knowledge with triple quadrupole (Sciex 6500/6500 plus).
+ Knowledge with regulated bioanalysis, method developments (LBA/LCMS, proteomics sample prep), and automation.
+ Ability to develop and present well-organized Prevalidation Committee Meeting presentations.

This engineer will be responsible for developing algorithms to extract and analyze specific features from images to gain critical insights into manufacturing or experimental processes. **Role Purpose**
The Auto Futures Program and Business Development Manager will lead a team of highly skilled technical, commercial, and manufacturing SMEs and work closely with external partners to solve problems and build profitable new automotive growth businesses from innovations in glass, ceramics, and other materials.
