1. Financial:

• Responsible for delivering budgeted GM and OI targets for Maintenance based business.

   • Will review our safety procedures for each site to insure full conformity to goals, objectives and procedures.
   • Weekly review all ongoing project budgets, forecast, timeline and staffing requirements to ensure all are within projections and expectations.

• Must have a minimum of 7 years in a supervisory role in Facilities Management Services.
• Must have excellent computer skills and advanced level in Microsoft Suite.
• Must have experience and working knowledge of various CMMS programs with the ability to explain the system to the customer clearly and consistently.
• Must have advanced experience in building a project budget from zero. Must understand standard accounting practices, invoicing requirements, and basic math principles.
• Strategic planning experience is required. Must understand the sales side of business and actively interact in growing the business unit.
• Construction experience-MEP Coordination is a plus.
• Knows and understands all code compliant issues associated with large commercial facilities.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with Technicians, upper-level management and/or the customer. Must be able to present ideas clearly to large audiences.
• Must be able to read blue prints and OEM equipment manuals and interpret information correctly.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, must be able to multitask and prioritize workflow and assignments.
• Experience with administering contracts and contract scope of work, ability to understand and deliver as contract specified.

• Skilled in communicating effectively with others both verbally and in writing. Must have excellent vocabulary and writing skills.

• Fuel and stage vehicle

• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions

• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors

• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches

• Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations

• Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
