Evaluate the accessibility of UW websites, applications, and IT systems-both homegrown and third-party.

About the Role
NCR Voyix is hiring an experienced, hands-on UX Accessibility Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of retail through intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences. The business analyst will work under the direction of the Digital Accessibility Program Lead, and will work with a variety of project leads, subject matter experts, and governance committees to analyze, document, and improve digital accessibility processes, ensuring alignment with federal regulations, University policy, and Universitys digital accessibility strategy.
Program analysis coordination
Work with project leads to support their analysis and hold them accountable for recommendation development within established timeframes, including meeting coordination and project management support
Serve as a liaison between project leads, program lead, and governance, surfacing needs and risks
Process analysis and mapping
Identify key digital accessibility processes and workflows
Develop process maps for current state and improved future state for each key process, in partnership with project leads and SMEs and informed by domain-specific c best practices
Maturity modeling and planning
Develop a maturity model (M1, M2, M3) for the components of the digital accessibility strategy, including people, process, and tool considerations
Create maturity roadmaps for each component
Create timeline documentation that refl ects the maturity modeling and related deliverables

2. Maturity models:
Spreadsheet and diagram documentation of maturity models (M1, M2, M3) for the overall strategy and each project.
3. Timeline documentation:
Project timelines aligned with maturity modeling and resource needs.
4. Resource needs summary:
Documentation summarizing resource requirements and recommendations for governance escalation
5. Project management structure:
Framework and documentation to support project work, including meeting schedules, agendas, and tracking tools
6. Summary reports & recommendations:
Regular reports summarizing findings, recommendations, progress towards objectives, and risk mitigation
