Position Overview:
MIA Shoes is seeking an innovative Digital Marketer who will execute our CRM strategy to engage customers, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer lifetime value across our email and SMS channels. You will report to the Director of Marketing to drive engagement, retention, and growth across our user base.The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and adept at solving complex problems through creative solutions. This dual role will blend creativity and data-driven decision-making to directly impact sales growth, along with our broader marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management
- Design, execute, and optimizehighly targeted and personalized email & SMS campaigns via Klaviyo and Postscript.
- Maintain a centralized campaign calendar that aligns with product drops, promotional cycles, brand storytelling moments, and seasonal campaigns.
- Leverage design best practices and industry trends to further elevate our brand identity.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Leverage data to develop additional communication strategies around personalization, segmentation, triggered campaigns, etc.
- Lead the optimization of automations and flows (welcome series, abandonment flows, post-purchase, win-back)
- Develop A/B tests to continuously optimize creative design and campaign performance.
- Actively manage our sign-up form on our website and analyze contact list growth/health to ensure strong deliverability.
Data Analysis, Reporting, & Market Research
- Monitor and measure results, providing detailed reporting, analysis, and recommendations for performance improvements based on learnings and KPIs such as customer retention rate, email/SMS open rate, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (OR equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong project and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and keep campaigns on track.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Postscript (or similar).
- Experience with design software tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva.
- Keen eye for details, cross-functional project management abilities, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Must be willing to work from our HQ in Doral, Florida 4 days out of the week.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for the fashion industry is a plus!
