The Director, Digital Solutions is responsible for setting the strategy and driving the successful execution of UVA Health's overall digital engagement solutions and initiatives as a key leader on the Digital Solutions and Engagement Strategy team. Specifically, this role oversees and manages UVA Health web strategy (UVA Health, UVA School of Medicine, blogs) and related marketing technology & analytics/ in support of the mission and goals of UVA Health. This role requires a senior leader who can translate business goals into initiatives and tactics that achieve defined metrics. The Director must also work in a hands-on capacity to develop team skills, manage effective teams, implement systems and troubleshoot issues. The Director role reports into the Associate Chief/Digital Solutions and Engagement Strategy and works closely with the Director, Digital Content Strategy and other Marketing leaders. The Director manages staff within the defined portfolio: Web Strategy (multiple websites and blogs, reputation management), and Digital Marketing Technology. In addition, in partnership with the Associate Chief and other Marketing leaders, this position will play a key role in developing and designing UVA Health's web/digital/mobile marketing, engagement, and analytics strategy. A large portion of the Director's role will be to drive projects, both internal to marketing and external across the health system, that introduce or improve digital systems, technologies and performance. This position will play a key role in the execution of UVA Health's "digital patient and referring physician" strategy as the health system continues to devise unique and innovative ways to connect patients and referring physician partners with superior care. Develop, enhance and manage uvahealth.com and the UVA School of Medicine sites and their related CMS, analytics tools and web services, working with key leaders across UVA Health and the School of Medicine. In partnership with the Director, Content Strategy, develop and implement a robust content, design and dynamic data integration approach that supports seamless user experiences. Responsible for the Digital Solutions team, a disciplinary team comprised of front-end development, UX design, technical product ownership and project management. Manage, lead, and hire (as needed) the Digital Solutions team members, set team priorities and goals. Manages the workflow across the team and aligns the priorities and projects to the department and health system goals. Ensure successful coordination with marketing, content, social, CRM, and analytics teams and outside agencies on all web and marketing campaign needs, as well as the application of audience journey mapping through personalization. In partnership with the Head of Creative and other Marketing Leadership, responsible for the development and management of the Digital Design System library that reflects the UVA Health brand while adhering to ADA, technical and user experience best practices. Manage external vendors and agencies responsible for all web-related solutions including but not limited to web analytics, secure site hosting, content management systems, directories, listings, EMR integrations and partnership with other HIT-hosted services. Use proven understanding of UX, IA, graphic, video, and other technology skills to support and maintain dynamic content for all sites and audiences. In partnership with the marketing and content teams, develop, enhance and manage campaign pages and analytics/tracking technologies. Partner with key leaders in the department to design a holistic digital analytics strategy; monitoring key performance indicators and measuring the effectiveness of all web/digital efforts. Collaborates with leaders to develop dashboards and key reports for better management of large initiatives and resource forecasting. Maintains the digital/web budget and related accounting. Recruits, manages and professionally develops a high-performing team of digital marketers. Maintains knowledge of new technologies and recommends and/or plans for enhancements to the systems; continuously seeks out new technologies and applications that help UVA Health achieve its goals. As part of the Digital Solutions team, the Project Manager is responsible for the implementation, support, and on-going projects for all solutions offered by Digital Solutions. Responsibilities include the implementation of both EnviroMap and QualMap, supporting clients as needed via our ticketing system, lead and manage special projects, facilitate and assist the training of internal employees.
Main activities:
* Meet customer expectations during implementation, support, and project management as measured by customer surveys.
* Manage onsite and/or remote installation of the EnviroMap and QualMap.
* Travel up to three times per month to implement the software, including international travel.
* Work with Sales/Support/Development/Labs to install and support software.

**What you'll do:**
The Program Leader role is critical to the success of our group, as this position is often the lead commercial contact for our customer base. The role is responsible for fostering a long-term business relationship with our customers. This position has a mix of project management, peer leadership, and financial accountability and will provide engineering and management support to teams of Field Service Representatives and Contractors. The Program Leader will assist the DIS Team Leader in developing short term business financial forecasts, implementing the annual profit plan, and developing cost estimates for proposals, change notices, and compiling negotiations.
**In this role, you will:**
- Use modern project and program management tools and techniques to aid in the execution of projects related to the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS).
- Manage the DIS portion of awarded projects for electrical equipment and critical process monitoring, including working knowledge of electrical equipment design & installation, data center equipment, and communication protocols.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, support Sales with initial and follow-up quotations for customers, interface and coordinate with other plants and business units within the company and outside vendors to procure parts and services for the district.
- Provide customers with basic applications information via phone or on-site consultation
- Have full responsibility for all projects in the program and authority to complete them from inception to scope development, planning, execution, management of people and resources.
