**SUMMARY:**

Carries out the mission, vision, and values of the hospital in the operation of emergency services. Develops operating and capital budgets, and obtains equipment, supplies, and services in accordance with budget guidelines. Completes policy review and implementation. Manages staff while maintaining positive morale and teamwork.
**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:**
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or NLN accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Master's or doctorate degree required for CNP license.
+ Five-years nursing experience required.
+ Two years' nursing shift supervision or experience in nursing management preferred.
**CERTIFICATION and LICENSURE**
+ Current Iowa RN or CNP license.
+ Federal and State DEA certification required for CNP Licensure.
+ Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter or obtaining in accordance with the hospital Education Policy.

+ Coordinates Foundation Advisory Committee and mission related programs and activities within the facility and in the community.

**Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:**
+ Bachelor's in Theology, religious studies, pastoral ministry, education or an equivalent combination of education and experience?
+ Clinical Pastoral Education - 2 Units - Association of Pastoral Education within 180 Days
**Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:**
+ Master's in Theology, religious studies, pastoral ministry, education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 4-6 years Leadership Experience.
+ 4-6 years Experience in Healthcare.
