By participating in technical capstones, hackathons and working on solution-oriented projects, you’ll build the skillset to lead our crew internally, so we can make a difference for investors everywhere.
The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development program available to graduating college seniors who are ready to enter the business world, and eager to develop their technical expertise in Investment Systems while building their leadership skills. The program consists of three, eight-month rotations in our Investment Systems IT division.
In this program, you will:

Gain hands-on experience in software development and practice Agile & LEAN methodologies in a dynamic environment

Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peers

Demonstrate the ability to balance technical and non-technical (program committees, internship support, development of peers) work

Meet regularly with your department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship
What it takes

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or related technical/engineering subject matter required

Strong interest in financial services, finance industry and/or investment systems
-
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
-
Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations
-
Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions that support BPO operations across multiple geographies.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Strong understanding of ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise architecture.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
+ Experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, and digital transformation technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree (MBA, MS in Technology Management, or equivalent).
