**General Summary**
Michelman is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee our IT operations, encompassing help desk services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, business intelligence and data platforms. This role will be pivotal in shaping and implementing strategic IT initiatives that align with Michelman's business objectives while also overseeing daily business operations that ensure efficient IT support, robust infrastructure, strong cybersecurity measures, secure customized systems and data systems enabling strategic decision making.
The successful candidate will lead and mentor a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, while collaborating with other departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance business processes and drive growth. **Primary Responsibilities**
**Strategic IT Leadership**
+ Develop and execute long-term strategies that support organizational goals and technology advancements
+ Establish governance frameworks to guide project execution, resource allocation and policy creation
+ Collaborate with Michelman's IT and leadership team members to align departmental initiatives with business growth and strategic priorities
+ Coordinate major IT projects and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successfully deliver projects through effective planning and execution
**Infrastructure & Security Leadership**
+ Lead the Enterprise Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
+ Evaluate, adopt and champion new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities and efficiency
+ Oversee the management of the infrastructure budgets, directing the allocation of spend to support strategic priorities, conducting reviews with team and forecasting expected variances
+ Develop, monitor and interpret infrastructure performance reports for both cybersecurity posture and user support, providing strategic insights to leadership
+ Create and deploy procurement strategies to support IT and business objectives while continually assessing vendor efficacy and ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisitions of services and goods
**Applications & Data Leadership**
+ Oversee the enterprise application ecosystem, including JD Edwards ERP, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Planning Analytics and Microsoft-based data warehouses
+ Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Application Development, ERP and BI & Reporting teams
+ Champion data governance, integration, and analytics strategies to support enterprise-wide decision-making
**IT Help Desk Services**
+ Oversee the Enterprise Infrastructure Service Desk Manager and direct reports, providing guidance and support as needed for day-to-day efficient execution
+ Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies to optimize IT Help Desk operations and user support
+ Oversee the delivery of high-quality IT support services to all employees across the organization, including partnering with external vendors to deliver required services not completed in-house
**Governance, Risk & Cybersecurity (GRC)**
+ Develop and oversee compliance and risk mitigation programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while mitigating risks and maintaining the organization's reputation
+ Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies, leveraging both internal and external resources
+ Oversee regular cybersecurity assessments and audits initiatives across the IT environment to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate potential risks
+ Oversee Michelman's security awareness training programs for employees and develop methods for continuous improvement
+ Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT systems and direct actions to continuously improve these procedures amid evolving external threats
+ Stay abreast of emerging security threats and implement appropriate proactive countermeasures

**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position
+ Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide IT services, infrastructure, applications, data platforms and security operations
+ Hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft data warehouse technologies highly preferred
+ Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, Microsoft SC or equivalent, are highly desirable
**Work Hours**
Michelman's standard work hours for this role is Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm EST.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Director with clinical specialization (varying therapeutic areas including, but not limited to, Immunology/Allergy, Psychiatry, GI/Nephrology, Cardiology and more) to join our dynamic team. The Medical Director will have overall responsibility for providing medical, scientific, and strategic leadership for the successful planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials. Additionally, this role acts as the Medpace internal medical expert and will serve as a medical resource for the review, presentation, and interpretation of results in the Clinical Study Report. The Medical Director will also be involved in the development of new clinical projects, including study design, protocol, and project plans as required.

**All Medical Directors have hybrid WFH flexibility. This role also has the ability to be fully remote with the right experience**.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical management and expertise for clinical trials;
  • Contribute medical expertise to study reports, regulatory documents, and manuscripts;
  • Manage safety issues in clinical trials and work closely with associates in evaluation and assessment of the trials;
  • Participate in new business development through involvement in proposal and sponsor meetings as requested;
  • Coordinate with other departments in all phases of the studies and trials including feasibility assessments, design processes, educational efforts, management of medical information, and reviewing and editing of medical documents;
  • Follow specific research related protocol and lead others in strict adherence to the policies.
Qualifications
  • Must have an M.D., with a therapeutic area specialization
  • Must be eligible to obtain a medical license
  • Board certification preferred
  • Prior clinical trial research experience preferred
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical-related clinical research is preferred.
Travel: up to 20%

Summary of Position: This Assistant Director position is responsible to support the Program Director of the Hamilton County programs with hiring and training new employees, motivating and providing supervision of staff, and communicating weekly performance to the Director.

  • Responsible to perform intakes, coordinate participant staffing to manage the delivery of participant service hours to ensure maximum and appropriate levels of weekly services while managing compliance with all YAP and referring authority requirements.
  • Position requires a commitment to strength based, culturally competent and unconditional care philosophy.
  • Direct service and coverage required that includes availability to support staff and families as well as group work.
  • Knowledge of child welfare systems, mental health practices, juvenile justice systems, and budgetary concepts are needed.
  • Creativity and pro-active planning are essential to this position.
Annual Salary: $40,000-$45,000

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree generally preferred;
  • Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
  • At a minimum, at least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
  • Experience with at risk youth, probation, court liaison, etc. a plus.
  • To perform the job successfully, and the individual should have knowledge of database software, spreadsheet software and word processing software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; Experience using an electronic health record system (EHR) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Creative Director develops and directs the creative vision of assigned clients. This position drives the definition of the creative brief, creative strategy, and creative solution, and the approach to and presentation of the overall project. The Creative Director champions and protects the brand and/or creative idea while leading and inspiring teams to deliver the best creative solution that transcends various touchpoints. This position leads presentations with clients and is accountable for ensuring the creative deliverables are aligned with the brief and meet or exceed client expectations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Creative Design deliverables (i.e. visual concept, design, textual content, etc.) follow project specifications and meet or exceed client needs.
Provide clear expectations to both are internal production group and fabricating partners resulting in the best possible product and follow up to see that those expectations are met.
Monitor progress of ongoing Creative Design projects; provides guidance and leadership to address and resolve promptly, accurately, effectively, and to the client's satisfaction, any issues or problems that may arise.
Leads project review sessions for assigned clients; utilizes information from review sessions to recommend best practices for design strategy, concept creation, visual innovation, message delivery, and execution.
Regularly analyzes the performance of the Creative Design project team (Art Direction, Design, Copywriting); utilizes data in decision-making to maintain or improve team performance.
Develop creative, innovative, and cost effective Creative Design strategies that meet client needs, utilizing project experience, current market trends, competitor intelligence, and innovative thinking.
Work closely with multiple teams, departments and clients to create, develop, and complete designed solutions for specific projects.
Engage with teams to manage the deliverables of final details and files to ensure a smooth hand-off and a profitable program.
Support Company's profitability efforts by encouraging and actively enabling innovation, creativity, and cost efficiency through all Creative Design client activities.
Ensure client retention is maximized by delivering custom tailored solutions to meet clients' objectives and expectations.
Lead the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Marketing or related field
8+ years progressive creative design experience.Retail Brand experience preferred.
5+ years in a leadership role
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe & Internet applications
Strong understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across various touchpoints or mediums (e.g. packaging, in-store, online, mobile, print, direct).
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
