**Position Summary**
The Emergency Preparedness Coordinator provides assistance in safety training and education, maintaining records, committee minutes, assist in the day to day functions of the safety office, word processing, typing reports and schedules, sets up appointments and meetings. Maintains filing system for safety records. Coordinates hazard surveillance questionnaires and assist in required industrial hygiene monitoring. This position also assists in Coordinating Disaster Drills with the local Health Dept. and authorities. Responsible for annually evaluating and revising the Hospital's Emergency Operations Plan.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Performs inventory of all disaster supplies regularly.
+ Attends Northern VA Alliance preparedness meetings regularly as scheduled.
+ Responsible for administering all Grant funding and required training that is required to receive.
+ Responsible for review of all contingency plans and revisions with the assistance of the Safety Officer.
+ Will work closely with Spotsylvania County officials to ensure Hospital plans coincide with local jurisdiction plans / policies.
+ Will record pertinent information needed for JCAHO documentation as required.
+ Will show willingness to keep up with "State-of the-Art" changes by attending seminars.
+ Assists construction personnel with ILSM and pre construction requirements.
+ Responsible for the EOP annual review and revisions that coincide with current JC requirements.
+ Responsible for coordinating all internal / external disaster drills.
+ Assures the safety of SRMC property, personnel, visitors and patients. Safety is kept within the standards of building codes and SRMC policies.
+ Responsible for completing the Hospitals annual Security Risk / Gap Analysis.
+ Responsible for developing customized Job Action Sheets that coincide with HICS.
+ Responsible for multi-departmental training on Disaster preparedness and decon.
+ Will be responsible to head up the Hospital Decon Team and all related training that accompanies each role outlined.
**Education:**
High School, and 3-5 years of experience in a safety orientated environment, some formal safety education preferred. NIMS Certifications is highly desirable.
**Experience:**
3-5 years' experience in safety, IH, EH preferred.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**
Some knowledge of OSHA requirements, experience in education and training, can use a variety of basic IH equipment (Sound Level Meter, IAQ Survey Meter, Gas-Tech Tubes). Requires good verbal and written communication skills when dealing with a variety of internal and external customers. Proficient with Word, Power Point, Excel. Knowledge of Hazard Communications and MSDS sheets.

Summary:
The Crisis Management Specialist is a subject matter expert for incident and crisis events that can or have impacted Huntington's customers, colleagues, buildings, or business processes. WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Crisis Management Analyst reports to the Supervisor of Crisis Management in the First Line of Defense. The position will assist in the development and implementation of all core activities of the Crisis Management Planning framework (Crisis Management, Incident Response, Testing, Tabletops, Training).
What you will do
- Assist the Crisis Management Supervisor with multiple first responder areas, supports and manages strategic execution of the Crisis Management framework and its related components including but not limited to (Crisis Management, Incident Response, Testing, Tabletops, Training, Reporting).
- Participates in the CM First Line of Defense (FLoD) core activities of the Crisis Management Planning framework inclusive of gap assessments, risk measurement, appropriateness of mitigation strategies, and material risk identification.
- Ensures Crisis Management and the FLoD roles and responsibilities, timelines, and requirements are clear.
- Drives the socialization, adoption, consistent and appropriate implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Crisis Management policies, standards, methods, etc. across the bank.
- Ongoing subject matter expertise on all Crisis Management regulatory requirements, defining threats, and risk scenarios in order to provide recommendations on changes or program enhancements required to address such requirements and threats.
- Acts as a Crisis Management Management advocate towards the front line business units ensuring business buy-in and facilitating integration of second line policies, standards, and minimum requirements.
- Aids in Board and Supervisor management reporting
- Assists in Crisis Management awareness training relating to Risk Management, including new and changing policies, systems, and methodologies
- Assesses BC risks and policy/standard/procedure compliance relating to controls design, FLoD testing processes, FLoD testing results and sample based testing
- Provides support for Internal Audits and Regulatory Exams
- KRI monitoring, monitoring of remediation plans and performing quality assessment reviews
- Understand and apply internal policies/procedures, laws and regulations and managing to regulatory requirements including but not limited to: FFIEC, OCC, FINRA, Federal Reserve
- Provides backup for Crisis Management Supervisor as necessary
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Crisis Management experience
- Minimum 3 years of financial services experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience

- Demonstrated strong skills in applying Crisis Management planning principles to various levels (staff, management and executive) of the company.
- Able to effectively interact with peers, subordinates, internal and external customers and vendors.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $78,970 - $26,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
