Responsibilities:
+ Maintain an accurate database and filing system for tracking invoice details.
+ Review and approve/reject invoices based on accuracy and contractual obligations.
+ Process invoices within SAP.
+ Communicate with dealers regarding invoice status with urgency, courtesy, and professionalism.
+ Generate cost analysis reports for customers and internal review.
+ Assist with the continuous improvement of the fleet management system.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records within the database, including location, condition, and availability.
+ Process approved requests, including scheduling and prioritization.
+ Process work orders as needed.
+ Obtain PO and invoice dealers for demo or rental usage.
+ Inspect all trucks for safety and quality standards before shipment.
+ Coordinate transportation with the Traffic Department.
+ Receive and inspect returned equipment, cleaning, and conduct necessary repairs to restore units to 'ship-ready' status.
+ Schedule periodic maintenance and repairs.
+ Manage all online invoice payment processes, including registrations and claims.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for field service/repairs needed for trucks.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience in records management and work order processing.
+ Scheduling and coordinating abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
+ Experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Additional technical training or military technical training is a plus.
+ Experience in automotive or industrial equipment customer service administration preferred.
+ Experience managing material handling equipment fleets is preferred.
+ Technical aptitude with the ability to read technical parts and service manuals is preferred.
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Environment
This position is fully on-site at our plant location, with working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will collaborate closely with two Fleet Managers and engage with the Sales, Warranty, and Quality teams.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Summerville, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
