The Distribution Team Member I is responsible for loading and unloading goods, determining loading procedures, staging orders and checking product for loading accuracy.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload trucks accurately in a timely manner. Notify management of damaged or suspect product.
+ Complete loading or receiving tasks to comply with PJFS Safety and quality standards.
+ Assure completion of required daily distribution paperwork, i.e., receiving logs, load sheets, damaged product, etc.
+ Operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment in a safe and professional manner.
+ Perform daily, weekly and monthly sanitation tasks according to sanitation schedule;including, trailers.
+ Communicate with Shift Leader regarding Safety, product levels, quality issues, day-to-day challenges, etc.

+ Assist customers with will-call pick-ups as required.
+ Ensure compliance with PJFS Safety, Sanitation and HACCP policies & procedures, federal, state and local regulations (OSHA, FDA, DOL) and all Papa John's International, Inc., policies & procedures.

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Manager (Manager, Logistics) who will manage all Logistics activities of a 250,000 square foot Distribution Center in Jamesburg, NJ, with five direct reports including three supervisors, and 30 warehouse staff. We are seeking an energetic, intelligent and passionate Leader of People who knows how to manage a team. The Distribution Center Manager will manage the entire distribution center functional area and will ensure quality, productivity, cost and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are continuously improved. This is an operational and project management role, focused on meeting logistics objectives, mobilizing resources, leading the development of staff and improving adherence to standard operating policies and procedures. The DC manager supports strategic business initiatives on a daily basis. Has a good understanding of Logistics organizational objectives and interacts regularly with other managers across the organization. **Your Impact**

**About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt)
- Requires a strong background in management with training in supervision, problem solving, and motivational skills is required
- A minimum of 5-7 years experience in distribution management along with 2-3 years experience in planning and inventory control systems is necessary
- A strong knowledge in freight transportation and shipping/receiving is helpful. Requires excellent oral and written communications skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills
- Requires a strong background in management with training in supervision, problem solving, and motivational skills is required
- Ability to lead, coach, discipline and train a team of people is required
- Experience with Distribution Center safety training and programs is a plus
- Experience with budget management/financials is a plus
- Basic Microsoft office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control systems a plus

The consultant will perform a broad range of studies and other consulting services to help clients make decisions backed by business and engineering analysis. This role will contribute to the execution of technical studies and work with project managers to lead the technical execution for projects.
+ Performs a broad range of studies and other consulting services such as load flow, transfer capability, system impact studies, generation interconnection, reliability planning, distributed energy resources (DER) and electrification impact consulting, and hosting capacity studies.
+ Performs evaluations of operational technologies and grid device integration such as outage and distribution management systems (OMS/DMS) to ensure client needs are met.
+ Independently develop models within distribution planning software such as CYME, Synergi, Windmil, SKM, ETAP, and equivalent.
+ Evaluates system performance, simulation of power flows and developing solutions and upgrades of electric distribution facilities.
+ Evaluates non-wires alternative solutions to traditional system reconfiguration and/or upgrade solutions with assessments.
+ Conducts data analysis and interpretation of engineering, financial, and economic conditions and results, and subsequent technical business implications to client projects.
+ Analyzes life-cycle costs by developing and incorporating technical assumptions regarding capital costs, operation and maintenance costs, performance estimates, and economic assumptions and forecasts.
+ Conducts technical and business-related risk assessments that evaluate impacts associated with rules implemented by regulatory agencies.
+ Develops and conducts detailed financial analysis using a variety of computer-based software.
+ Develops technical reports and presentations summarizing results of analysis.
+ Develops client presentations, engineering reviews, financial analysis, and contract administration for the design/planning of utility systems.
+ Assist project managers in business development activities including proposal development and client relationships.
+ Mentor and train other employees on technical and business aspects of projects and the industry.
+ Support business lines as required by clients.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Overhead Transmission
Our Overhead Transmission Business Line specializes in the design of high-voltage transmission lines, typically ranging from 40kV to 500kV. We work with a range of clients, including investor-owned utilities and developers nationwide, and are involved in both new builds and rebuilds. Knowledge of electrical studies, structural design, hardware design, and foundation solutions-including direct embed, drilled shaft, and helical piles-is crucial to the role.
Underground & Submarine Cables
The Underground & Submarine Cables Business Line is comprised of specialists dedicated to advancing underground and submarine cable electrical systems. The team's experience spans five technical disciplines, including underground transmission and distribution, submarine cables, trenchless technologies, and renewable collector system cable design. Our professionals tackle complex design and construction challenges to deliver innovative solutions in the cable market.
Major responsibilities for the engineering Project Manager will include:
- Responsible for planning, budgeting and establishing/achieving critical project objectives.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
