**The role youll contribute:**
This position will be responsible for receiving incoming supplies and equipment and handling the supply replenishment process of par locations. Receiving responsibilities include: putting away supplies in the storeroom, scanning receiving documents, delivering supplies to departments, handling returns to supplier, tagging equipment, and completing all associated computer software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping. The supply replenishment process includes straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for specific areas then completing any paperwork or computer software tasks needed to account for inventory movement. The Supply Chain Receiving and Distribution Techs serve as the materials gatekeepers for their hospital, ensuring the facility only pays for items that are actually received and are the representatives of the supply chain to nurses and other clinicians in their assigned areas.

Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensures product delivered matches packing slips, and identifies location to which the packages/supplies/equipment are to be delivered.
Accurately completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in computer to ensure accurate record keeping.
Meets customer needs by receiving items efficiently and accurately. Ensures overnight packages are processed and delivered quickly
Picks up return items following established guidelines. Performs daily par cart inventories, picks order, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas. Provides feedback on par level adjustments to supply chain leadership.
Establishes relationships with nurses in assigned areas to ensure collaboration between clinical departments and supply chain.

  1. Performing engineering analysis for creation of the Electric Delivery 5-Year and 10-Year Capital Construction plan. Develop project scopes, costs and schedules. Provide technical support to Project Management team by completing cost estimates, analysis, and documentation for project-justifications. (30%)

  2. Supporting the Service Areas by providing engineering analysis and guidance for the design of facilities to serve large customers. Concept: The Manager, Asset Management Distribution facilitates the development of a standardized Maintenance and Operational Strategy for the Distribution Grid. Coordination across a diverse team from Technology (IT/OT), Diagnostic Center, Line Crews, Engineering and Design, Grid Operations to ensure alignment across Distribution grid operations, maintenance and capital programs.
Drive the development of a proactive operations and maintenance culture that is safe, compliant, reliable, cost effective and resilient.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Establish a continuous collaborative Reliability Team process for Distribution systems which involves the development of Asset Registry, Asset Criticality, Monitoring Plans, Health Indicators/Policy, Asset Risk Profile and Risk Mitigation. (15%)
2) Develop solutions to establish expected Distribution asset and system performance for Fault Location Isolation and System Restoration (FLISR), Volt/Var Management, reliability, power quality, system restoration. Work closely with the Diagnostic Center and AAOS, DCC and DEO to to develop these systems and manage Distribution data and computer models (Synergi and others) used to quantify Distribution Asset/System expected performance. The objective is to ensure clear understand of the expected performance in comparison to actual performance. (15%)
3) Develop and implement Distribution Asset/System Monitoring Plans to identify the initiation and track the progression of T&D Asset/System failures. (15%)
4) Maintain and track Tampa Electric's all electric grid (transmission, substation and distribution) reliability metrics and benchmark against industry groups with analytics support from the Diagnostic Center. Develop Asset Management programs for T&D related to management of change root cause analysis and other reliability management Analytics. (15%)
5) Facilitates the development and governance of standards for Distribution system design, operation and maintenance which optimizes our investment and achieves our goals or safety, compliance, performance/reliability, cost effectiveness, and resilience and sustainability. (15%)
6) Develop and communication of a statement of health and risk for Distribution assets and systems, establish methods for the diagnosis of Distribution failures and the proactive mitigation of failures through operational, maintenance and capital investment. (10%)
7) Lead the development of industry benchmarking and engagement in industry groups, including EPRI, NATF, IEEE, SEE and others. (15%)

Direct Supervision: Direct supervisory responsibility for the Electrical Reliability team.
Indirect Supervision: Consultants, project teams

Key Internal: ES and ED team members including Vice Presidents, directors, managers, engineers, technicians

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited or mutually recognized program
Licenses/Certifications

Preferred: Florida Professional Engineer's License
Experience

Related Experience
Required: Minimum of 6 years of work experience in electrical system design, implementation, operation and maintenance and NERC compliance.

Preferred: 5 years of experience with electrical protective systems.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)
Required: Working knowledge of electrical system design, reliability centered maintenance practices, continuous improvement practices and power delivery systems used in electric utilities. This position requires a strong understanding of power generation and delivery engineering principals, materials. In addition, this position requires the ability to organize, lead and resolve technical and process problems. The ability to effectively lead and motivate individuals to meet organization goals and personal development needs is required. Good project management skills, time management skills and communication skills are required.
Preferred: Working knowledge of system impact and electrical protection system studies and related work coordinating generation, transmission, and substation systems.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work in a powerplant and energy delivery environments for extended periods of time. Must be able to work irregular hours, overtime, and possible holidays.

As an early-career engineer in ENERCON's Power Delivery (PD) group, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the design, analysis, and inspection of critical power infrastructure-from substations and transmission lines to distribution networks.
